“Order came quickly. Unfortunately the packaging was badly damaged and a large panel was badly marked. However support ordered another panel as a repalcement which will hopefully arrive soon.”

“Having to leave a poor review as I will receive one from my customer. I put trust into Rubber duck and been let down on communication and delivery. Panels turned up and checked packaging all good. Drivers left! Once opened packaging and peeled back protective paper they sent the wrong panels and only received half the delivery. Now having to wait until panels come. Set project back and causing issues with labour/ cost and poor feedback from my customer. I had to chase and think service could have tried to communicate their mistake but nothing. Apologies but considering using this website! Frustrating incompetence.”

Hi Brad, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the frustration this has caused. We’ve been in touch with the manufacturer and can confirm the replacement panels have been fast-tracked and booked in for delivery tomorrow, which still brings the order in two days ahead of the original ETA provided pre-sale. Your order was placed late afternoon on the 25th during Black Friday week, the busiest week of the year for online retail. It was dispatched on the 26th using a tracked service and was delivered on the 29th, just one day later than the estimated timeframe provided before ordering. While we always aim to meet the ETA shown at checkout, it is an estimate not a guarantee, and courier networks can experience slight delays during peak periods.
