“I made 2 orders of multiple items. Both orders turned up with items missing, with one item on back order from the depot, and another damaged, but still on the delivery note as delivered. I have also tried to process a return and communication was slow and incomplete, until I called to complain. I have now canceled one of the items due to repeated delay, and placed my final order for further items elsewhere. I'm sorry to be leaving such a poor review, but it has all been a real mess.”

Your order was placed at 9.50pm and dispatched the following morning at 11.09am on a tracked next day service, with tracking links provided. We received your email this morning letting us know it hadn’t yet arrived and have already contacted the courier. “Amazing, saved £280 on a bathroom mirror that I was buying from bathroom company renovating my bathroom ( until I seen same mirror on rubberduck website ) Checked the website of the mirror manufacturer and rubberduck was still £280 cheaper. After checking reviews online, I ordered. Delivery was very quick and totally impressed how quick and easy to order. Thought it was too good to be true at the price I paid but I’m Delighted!!!”

“Great customer service, item arrived damaged in transit it was 2.3m long trim so wasn’t unexpected. Contacted them and immediately sent replacement even though I didn’t notice the damage initially. Second one fine. Good price although delivery costs are a bit steep in comparison to purchase price”
