“Efficient service and a reasonable price on the consumable item I ordered although the postage was a little excessive. I could have saved some money if it had been sent Royal Mail instead of DHL. So long as prices are better than the competition (which aren't many) I'll be a returning customer.”

“Was a bit sceptical as it was a bit of risk to order online from a firm which I was not familiar with. But took a chance and I must say I am very happy. The Toilet pan and cistern came by one courier and the bath from another. Delivery time was just a few days and the total price of all 3 was less than what I has seen a similar bath was. Good quality products at a decent price. Very happy”

“Sourced a bath, overflow filler and panel. All arrived in good time apart from panel but this was damaged when opened and I honestly cannot fault the response and replaced and with me in days with no fuss or questioning at all very good customer service and value. Would recommend based on my experience..”

“DELIVERY was as expected. Considering the weight of the wallboards, it wouldnt hurt the delivery company to use a TWO man crew. I wasnot able to help the delivery driver as I am disabled. The only downside is your prices..”
