“Terrible experience using Rubberduck bathrooms! For a company who sells bathroom good they should be well aware at how important it is to honour the delivery dates. I was told my £1200 order would arrive between 9th-12th of September so a 4 day window, there was zero communication to say this wouldn't be the case, i only found out it was going to be late when i phoned the customer service number on the 15th my items i was promised the order ny 16th then 17th both never materialised. Eventually the items arrived on the 18th at 4pm. Customer service advisors are very unhelpful and unprofessional. AVOID rubberduckbathrooms.co.uk”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery of your order. Just to clarify, all but one of the items on your order were delivered within the ETA provided. One item was unfortunately left outstanding, and rather than hold up the whole order we split the delivery to avoid unnecessary delay, covering the additional cost ourselves. The final item was dispatched on the 15th on a tracked next day service, but DHL unfortunately took longer than expected to deliver, which meant you received it on the 18th. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially given the size of the order, and we’re sorry for the disruption it caused. While not mentioned above - we hope the 10% discount offered across the order was well received. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁

“Being an existing customer l know the products sold are of excellent quality and sold at a highly competitive price. My only complaint is the delivery quoted at the time of order was not what happened. We expected it all to come together but was in two separate deliveries due to different suppliers and transport that we were not aware of. We had to ring up twice to find out delivery date for second items that where outside of original delivery date.”

“We ordered 2 tall brushed brass taps from Rubberduck. We had seen others online that cost more, but these looked just as good for a much better price. On arrival they were excellent quality. Came with a choice of tops as well and individually packaged with stylish black cotton bags as well. They arrived with 24 hours. All in all an excellent service with top quality taps. I will definitely use them again.”

“Jarred helped us out of a difficult situation by sourcing and selling us exactly what we were looking for where another supplier had sent an expensive and badly damaged unit out to site that wasn't fit for purpose. Jarred could not have been more helpful or accomodting and we will always now go to him for supply in the future. Rubberduck delievered the bath two days later and saved the day!”

“I was told that the product would be delivered within 5 days while placing an order; however, it was delivered 2 weeks after the order date. So, I didn't quite have a good experience with that otherwise I would have given a good review and ratings.”

“I have to say the customer service hasn’t been great. The shower door wasn’t delivered in the time frames outlined on the website at order. I wasn’t updated at all and had to phone to find out what was happening. I missed the window for the plumber as the door arrived later than planned. Then when it came the parts were wrong, nearly 4 weeks later I’m still without a working shower door again with very little communication help or willingness to want to fix the issue. I have no idea when my part is arriving nor have I had any concern or discussion about compensation for the fact I’ve been without a shower for so long.”

In this case it looks like there was a packing error on their side, which unfortunately meant a wrong part was supplied. That doesn’t excuse the delay or lack of updates, and we’re sorry you felt you had to chase for information rather than being kept informed. We completely understand how disruptive this has been, especially with the impact on your plumber and the extended time without a working shower.
