“Great website design that made it easy to find what I was looking for, simply check out, and reliable delivery service. The toilet seat product fits as needed, good quality, and the installation instructions provided made it easy to install.”

“Unfortunately our original order of plastic bathroom panels was delivered with damage. Immediately a phone call was made to customer services who made provisions to rectify the problem and have replacements sent. Excellent service and customer care in my opinion which I think is very rare these days!”

We also offer free and tracked deliveries where possible. The policy regarding returns is both UK and industry standard. It's difficult for small companies to offer a free collection and returns service for customers who purchase an item in error or decide to choose another option after purchasing. “Rubberduck was great I spoke to a gentleman to order taps and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and very polite and he sorted out what I needed and we where very impressed by receiving our order the next day. Rubberduck has a fantastic selection of taps and I would recommend them to everyone. So well done.”
