“Found this company online, offering the same products as my local supplier, but much cheaper. After contacting them a couple of times to check various details (the contact, Ashley, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products), I placed an order. The order process was very easy to complete online and delivery options were plentiful and convenient. Delivery was free also, which is a bonus. Delivery was very smooth with contact from the courier and a very helpful delivery driver. The goods were well packed on the pallet and were all in perfect condition on inspection. I'd use this company again and would prefer the personal touch rather than using a large 'anonymous' supplier. Rubberduck Bathrooms certainly seem to care about the customer.”

“It’s so sad that your business is let down by the delivery company you use. When you look at your delivery policy ref damages it is clear that you are fully aware of how bad they are. I had a delivery of ceiling cladding directly to a customer who due to their age wasn’t able to unpack every piece of panelling and check it; plus what delivery driver is going to stand there for twenty minutes while someone tries to take all the wrapping off. When I got to the job the cladding packaging looked fine all wrapped in black plastic, I took this off and still the packaging looked fine; I took this off which included all the cardboard edge protection only to find that every single board was damaged along the edging. Having no time to reorder and due to your damage policy it was pointless even complaining. It all went in the skip and I sourced a local supplier. Customers please be aware your delivery is likely to be damaged and Rubberduck will know that.”

You are right in pointing out that our delivery policy regarding damages is clear, but clearly in this case, it was not enough. The point about checking for damage within a reasonable timeframe is industry standard. We certainly don't expect anyone to check the items in full while the driver waits however.
