“Bath panel arrived well packed however there was some damage to the edge due to crushing strap marks, fortunately I was able to hide this under the edge of the bath, the panel is a great fit, only marred by the slight damage. Would it not be good to pre-check these items prior to delivery.”

Good morning Sandy, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with damage on delivery. These items use heavy cardboard protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products sent out by the manufacturer. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we have passed over your comments to the warehouse team to see if we can do more to protect items from courier damage. “Had an issue with one of the products I ordered, the response was quick, had to send images of the damage but a replacement was then shipped out. No issues with the service but it did make me feel there is an issue with the supplier (Burlington) not checking the products properly before dispatching them. This could lead to further issues in the future. However, the replacement was shipped out within a few days so thank you.”

“First caddy sent was dinted due to the delivery as it was sent only in bubble wrap. Called to inform customer services who arranged collection and sent another one out a week later in a box to avoid disappointment. New caddy received is all good. Thank you.”

“Really good experience, superb delivery time and no problems whatsoever when I had a problem with one of my Nuance Bushboards being damaged - on following the clear returns procedure the item was replaced imediately again with very prompt delivery - overall an excellent exerience - I would definitely recommend 'Rubberduck bathrooms”

“It's a nice bit of chrome not sure what the triangle piece of plastic is for as no instruction Also NOW I am aware that the rubber washer goes on 1st . I cellataped both washers together on the edge, as i was working blind. Good bit of kit at a good price.”
