“Ashley handled my call and talked me through the best options for my project with a great amount of patience. he was very helpful and informative. The delivery experience (out of Rubberduck's control) was not quite as favourable, but would highly recommend buying from this company.”

“Some of the ceiling cladding was damaged or poorly finished which we could not see on delivery. There was a long delay from order to delivery. I suppose you have to put up with this for a low price.”

Good morning David, We're very sorry to hear you've not been satisfied with your order. Looking at the tracking links provided, we can see the order was placed on the evening of the 12th, dispatched using a tracked next day service on the 13th and looked to have arrived the very next day. We can see from the email chain between yourself and Ashley, that there was an outstanding item from that drop as DHL split the delivery due to vehicle space. That outstanding item was delivered the on the 15th. If you we're unhappy with the product or you have received a defective panel, we could have replaced your items free of charge or refunded your order if that was your choice. We just need to be informed that's all. Again, we're sorry you feel the service could be improved. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Terrible company. Avoid. Spend your money somewhere else so you do not get ripped off. Patronising customer service. Sarcastic to say the least. Read some of the 1 star responses. Unprofessional. Will not except any responsibility for the damaged goods ! Customer service needs training. Overpriced. Returns and refunds…forget it as you have no consumer rights.”

“Extremely helpfully staff. Ordered kitchen tap online but didn’t fit my sink. Returned tap to showroom customer service was excellent. Found replacement tap. Quality of my tap is fantastic love it looks so stylish.”
