“Good product and reasonable price. The quality seem good. The shower panels wern't an exact match (colour wise) to the sample. The shipping fees were quite high compared to other companies, and courier tracking wasnt that informative - but didarrive within the 5 days. Overall, I am happy”

“The online sales staff were quick to respond to any technical questions making the install of the Abacus boards relatively simple. However, Rubberduck were let down by thier courier who abandoned delivey on the due date and then made if difficult trying to rearrange it on a day I was at home: despite the courier having apps, contact, and tracking chat lines. The items came directly from Abacus in two boxes; however, only one box was on the manifest. I had to convince the driver to search in his van for a box 1200mm x 600mm containing the boards.. When paying a £25 delivery charge, the issue noted above should not happen, or be resolved with decent communication.”

“We added to the order within 30 mins and was promised both items would be delivered together but they came at different times from different deliverers which was a little inconvenient. But, both items delivered when promised and we were kept informed. Well packaged and in good condition.”

“Nothing had to return so no return experience. Had some questions about the product but emails got answered pretty quickly. They Reached out to the manufacture for answers and got back to me. No damaged goods.”

“Customer service team has been helpful and processed my refund, would recommend them as a supplier. Contact could be better as they didn’t reply to my emails requesting confirmation of my refund but previously they had been very responsive and helpful.”

Good morning Anthony, We think you may have missed something here - If you check your bank you will find your refund was processed last month. You emailed us requesting an update on the evening of the 25th. We acknowledged your refund with a confirmation email going out to you the very next morning on the 26th of March at 8:27am. “I have rated this a good, the website is easy to order from, the products arrived in good condition. There was an issue arround delivery, I had to call and enquire why it had not arrived after 7 days. The good thing is that a person actually answerd and was very keen to help out. Things do go wrong but in my opinion it is how they are handled when it does go wrong which is important. It was a warehouse issue with the delivery, the person on the phone called them and got straight back to me, Rubberduck then issued a full dispach of the original order a second time and put it on an overnight delivery so as to not hold my installation up. Well done, this sort of response does impress me, thanks.”
