“The service and products were fantastic BUT DHL were hopeless. Change to DPD.”

“The service was first class however I returned both items as when I opened my shower glass it was 10mm and the box displayed 8mm so I had to return both items, I dropped them into the Middlesbrough depot on Saturday 21st of September however I have had no refund yet?”

“Needed a tap for bathroom basin ...website stated this was suitable for most hot water systems so thought I'd phone up and check that the hoses were 10mm diameter and not 6mm like most..(we have an old immersion heater and not a boiler...and was advised by our plumber we needed a tap with 10mm hoses) man assured me they were....clearly 6mm hoses when it arrived.....however holes in tap looked bigger so had it fitted anyway.”

“This was an online order. I found Rubberduck to be a reliable company to deal with. There were two small issues with the product itself, of which niether were RB's fault but they dealt with it very professionally. The management contacted me and a resolution was provided. You may only ever purchase one new bathroom in your lifetime but I would not hestitate to use Rubberduck if I move house and do it all again. Many thanks.”

“Price was very good vale and delivery fast - next day, I think. Maybe our bath panel got mistreated during delivery - the box looked fine on the outside though the delivery driver wanted to dump it by our front door (for his photo) rather than hand it to me as I asked him too. Result was some damage (1 sq cm) to one corner - and a small degree of warping. I was minded to return it to you once I'd opened the packaging, but thankfully I needed to cut 2cm off on end so the damage didn't matter. I can send you my photo if you wish. There is a 4mm warp though as the panel doesn't sit evenly under the side of my bath.”

“Thia is a mixed review. I like that the website has seemingly promoted youtube videos showing what you need to do, there are loads of them. Oredered a pack for 10 sheets of 6mm including the tape & clips but no adhesive. Delivery was not great, they are very heavy and the pack suffered damage on one corner, presumably by dragging on the ground. No protection on the corners apart from the slim cardboard casing.”

“All of the goods arrived in good order and as specified. It took slightly longer than expected for them to arrive which, I was told, was due to the manufacturer being out of stock if some items. In the end two deliveries were made.”
