“Goods are competitively priced and the website is easy to use. Also the extra information given about each item/material is very useful especially for the DIYer. The customer service was excellent. Although an item was missing in my delivery, following a phone call (with a human being!) the missing item was delivered that same day. This was greatly appreciated.”

“The online sales experience was very good, as were the order update and progress emails. Overall I would rate the experience 9/10 - slightly let down with the delivery, having to sort through the van myself to find my ordered products as the driver couldn’t identify them properly.”

“Ordered Abacus backer boards and shower waterproof kit + 20 kg adhesive. Easy to navigate website. Products delivered quickly although needs better packing of adhesive as flimsy box completely tron open on arrival. Fortunatly double bagged adhesive not pierced”

“Ordered aluminium track for glass. Waited a few days for delivery tracking details which did not appear, however when I called to check was told one item was out of stock. Goods were dispatched the following day and arrived promptly. Nice quality material, has done the job nicely.”
