I have rated this a good, the website is easy to order from, the products arrived in good condition. There was an issue arround delivery, I had to call and enquire why it had not arrived after 7 days. The good thing is that a person actually answerd and was very keen to help out. Things do go wrong but in my opinion it is how they are handled when it does go wrong which is important. It was a warehouse issue with the delivery, the person on the phone called them and got straight back to me, Rubberduck then issued a full dispach of the original order a second time and put it on an overnight delivery so as to not hold my installation up. Well done, this sort of response does impress me, thanks.
