“I saw Skill Builder Roger Bisby using Abacus Elements backer boards on youtube. The method he used suited my circumstances of trying to square off a totally out of square shower alcove. The deal I got was only slightly more expensive than moisture resistant plasterboard. The 6mm thickness was better for me than 12mm plasterboard. I called the store for additional info prior to any purchase. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and pointed out to me the best method of mounting the boards on my walls. My order arrived in only three days. Very happy with the service”

“Not happy after ordering a bath panel it come damaged but because I wasn't home for a few days I couldn't check it but after I got home and checked it it was damaged but they wouldn't give me a refund because I was to late letting them know . So I ordered another and that arrived damaged but they did refund me for that but I went elsewhere and purchased one”

“OK I could go on about Rubberduck bathroom Team, because literally they give a fantastic first class and friendly service. I would not go to anyone else now for my bathroom requirements. I have just had three large orders with Rubberduck and everything has been spot on. I had to return 2 items but that was entirely my bad, and they dealt with the returns with full refunds to follow. The prices are excellent, discounted and competitive. The quality and packaging is superb. Cheap is not good for bathrooms and Rubberduck shine in their balance of cost versus quality. All the staff are friendly and patient and cant give you enough help. This is a rare oasis in todays world and I'm well chuffed to have found Rubberduck. Just like to wish all the team a very Happy Christmas. Thank you!”

“Having to leave a poor review as I will receive one from my customer. I put trust into Rubber duck and been let down on communication and delivery. Panels turned up and checked packaging all good. Drivers left! Once opened packaging and peeled back protective paper they sent the wrong panels and only received half the delivery. Now having to wait until panels come. Set project back and causing issues with labour/ cost and poor feedback from my customer. I had to chase and think service could have tried to communicate their mistake but nothing. Apologies but considering using this website! Frustrating incompetence.”
