“Not at all as I expected it to happen! I decided to use one supplier for my bathroom refurbishment to simplify the delivery process and minimise the number of deliveries which I would hve to be home for. How wrong I was! Apart from one small item which did arrive from Rubberduck the rest are all coming separately from the various suppliers meaning that I may as well have ordered them all separately in the first place.”

We do display full info on how items are delivered within the delivery FAQs section, so customers can make an informed decision before committing to an order. “The courier broke the bath panel, I contacted Rubberduck bathrooms who sent out a replacement the same day and was delivered the next day (In tact!) Great service.”

“Im still waiting for my goods. Ordered 16 Nov and now 22 Nov. Paid £35 for delivery so I'm not very happy at all that it still hasn't arrived.”

Good Morning David Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you’re still waiting for your order. The item was purchased over the weekend and displayed with a 2–5 working day ETA. As you can see from the tracking details provided, It has since been dispatched by the manufacturer. Given this is one of the busiest periods of the year for online retail and the drop is in Northern Scotland, the couriers are running a day or so behind schedule. “Ordered bath screen dpd didn’t deliver emailed rubber duck as needed a replacement but no reply so had to get elsewhere as needed Good job i tracked package as I’d still be waiting for it Not rubber ducks fault but rang a few times to sort out NO ANSWER”

Just to clarify, your email was sent to us at 07:50am and we replied at 08:39am, which was actually 20 minutes before our office was due to open. We’re sorry if this wasn’t seen in time, but we did respond as quickly as possible to try and assist you. We agree the failed delivery from DPD was disappointing - we processed your refund the very next morning to avoid any further frustration. All of which was communicated VIA email.
