“Competitive pricing and delivery cost. The Genesis aluminium retro fit threshold TVA259 in aluminium was out of stock so a silver substitute was offered. On delivery this turned out to be Gripperrods barwhich was not suitable. Not worth the hassle of returning”

“A good range of products at competitive prices. I saved a lot on on items for my bathroom refit. The customer service was good when I called after placing an order to ask questions regarding delivery. Each person I spoke to was helpful, following through with what they promised i. e calling back when they said they would. My items being from different manufacturers each used different delivery companies. Nothing has been installed yet but Im happy with service, quality and prices.”

“The sales team helped me out with a quick delivery,less than 24 hrs after speaking with them it was at my door. This was a follow up purchase of adhesive for the panels we'd already bought which were delivered quickly and by a very pleasant, polite, helpful driver. Great communication at every stage.”

“Everything was delivered, however, when the order was placed on Tuesday the 13th January, we were informed the delivery date would be between the 19th and 23rd of January. Half of the order arrived on Thursday 15th. This half was the heaviest part of the order and unfortunately there was nobody to assist the delivery driver as we are both in our 70's and due to ill health my husband is incapacitated. We contacted to ask when the reainder of the delivery would be made and were informed it would be delivered on Thursday 22nd. It arrived this morning. Again there was no one to assist the driver. We woukd like to say that we are pleased all has been delivered and cannot speak highly enough of the 2 delivery drivers. They went that extra mile to ensure everything was brought down the steps to our door and assisted myself in placing the items in our hallway, safe and intact.”

“Ordered some ply laminate bathroom wall panels with end caps, corner profiles & adhesives plus a backlit mirror. I wanted to check delivery timescales and was reassured on the phone delivery would be 3 working days and that's exactly what we had. Beautiful quality products at reasonable price and fast delivery with great customer service!”

“One of the very few companies who offered a swivel basin mixer tap, which we really required. Easy to use website and ordering process. Order processed and posted the next day. Excellent price. Overall excellent service. The quality of the supplied product seems to be excellent, but I cannot comment on it's function as it won't be fitted in our remodeled bathroom until next month.”

“Rubberduck Bathrooms have been very helpful and accommodating with our order. They sourced a missing support arm clamp for our Kudos shower enclosure which consisted of 2 side panels, a door, end panel and 1700 tray. Unfortunately our plumber found the enclosure difficult to fit as the panels had no capacity for adjustment in mm. We were left with a gap in the door where the door side strip will not meet the magnetic strip on the side panel. We now have to dismantle the end panel + side panel and nudge a few mm, hoping to solve this.”
