We’re sorry you feel disappointed and would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review. The item in question was delivered and signed for on 17th October 2025. The delivery note and proof of delivery image shows the bath shower screen in good condition at the time it was received. The damage was reported on 17th February 2026, approximately four months after delivery. Courier damage claims must be raised within a reasonable timeframe, as carriers will not accept responsibility once a significant period has passed. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we ask customers to inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage as soon as possible so that we can resolve matters quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, due to the length of time between delivery and the report of damage, we were unable to raise a courier claim or verify when the damage occurred. We always aim to handle issues fairly and promptly and regret that on this occasion we were unable to assist further.

“Order placed in March 2025 and informed it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive from Italy. As it was a non urgent robe hanging hook I thought I’ll be kept informed about the progress but there was no further communication. I called them last week nearly a year later to ask for the £100+ refund. Was informed that the product was in stock and will be dispatched by courier ASAP and it duly arrived 2 days later. So mixed feelings and think they should’ve done better.”

“The tiles I ordered were delivered in a few days. They arrived in good order and the delivery man was really helpful and put them in my garage. The bathroom work is still continuing and so the tiles are not yet down but they look as advertised and I'm pleased with them so far”
