“Got a call on Friday to say the order would arrive monday. By Tuesday it hadn't arrived. Turned out the warehouse clicked dispatch but didn't dispatch it so our items were never sent. Then due to arrive Wednesday and we get a call Wednesday morning to arrange delivery for Thursday. When you call rubber duck they don't care, simply say they are the middle man.”

Hi Charlotte, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review - we do think there has been some confusion here however, as this order was both placed and dispatched on Friday and singed for by yourself on Monday. Please find attached photo showing the tracking details with proof of delivery, which matches the ETA provided during the call on Friday. We understand customers often buy from multiple companies when ordering a bathroom and it can be quite easy to confuse us with another supplier. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“In brief selection of products is good, quick to confirm order and take money unfortuntely it just went downhill from there. Estimated delivery time was definitely a date plucked out of the blue as i had to chase the delivery numerous times, finally arrived 8 days after the delivery date then to find out items missing - after another 4 calls I cancelled the order, just continous false information given to me to pacify me and get me off the phone. Having said that they did me a favour as i sourced the products for cheaper and they arrived the next day.”

Good Morning Linda, We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your refund. We’ve looked into this and can’t see that a return was arranged with us on the dates mentioned. However, we did receive your email yesterday afternoon, which was responded to at the time, and understand you’re contacting Royal Mail to confirm the return dates. We do ask all customers to contact us prior to arranging any return so we can outline the correct process, confirm the item is fit for return, and make sure it’s logged properly for tracking and refund purposes. “Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the item that I had ordered, arrived damaged. However, the customer care that I received from everyone I spoke with at Rubberduck was exemplory. Refund was immediate with no quIbbale. Despite the situation the whole buying and refund experience was top notch.”

“I found the hole process very easy. From ordering online to delivery. The Rubberduck team even got intouch with me, to let me know that part of my order was not required for the fitment of the panels I had ordered, thus saving me money. The refund only took a couple of days. I wil definitley use Rubberduck in the future, if and when I need more supplies. Thanks to all the team at Rubberduck.”
