“Order Number: 279845 I ordered some Nuance Waterproof Shower Board, adhesive and sealant. Communication was good and the products arrived extremely quickly. The cardboard shower board packaging was torn when it was delivered but the board itself did not appear to be damaged, I therefore stored the showerboard exactly as instructed in a warm dry indoor room so as not to causing warping of the board. However when I fitted the board, two problems surfaced. (1) The shower board was warped outwards at the edges which seemed to indicate that it had been stored badly at the depot. This made it extremely difficult to fix to the wall. (2) The damage to the packaging had caused fracturing to the surface of the postformed edge which flaked after fitting. I am sadly unimpressed as I have used Rubberduck Bathrooms before without issue.”

Good Morning Bryn, Thanks for your detailed feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your Nuance board after installation. The Nuance panels are stored flat on shelving and delivered directly by the manufacturer’s chosen distributor, we don’t handle or repackage them ourselves. While the outer packaging being torn doesn’t always indicate damage, it’s disappointing to hear that the postformed edge had been affected and that the panel appeared warped when you came to fit it. We completely understand your frustration, especially as you’ve ordered from us before without any problems. We’ve passed this on to the manufacturer and their distributor so they can review the handling and improve where needed. “Looking for a good reasonably priced dual flush cistern led me to the Tavistock Vortex and Rubberduck Bathrooms. Availability and price were both good at Rubberduck and the ordering process was easy. Despatch and delivery were made as promised. Well done Rubberduck!”

“We ordered quiet a lot of items from Rubberduck Bathrooms for 3 bathrooms for our new build property mostly first fix ( next order for the sinks baths etc to follow shortly) we were very impressed with everything that we ordered great quality taps are amazing photos to follow once bathrooms have been fitted out , customer services spot on delivery very quick and all items in stock thanks guys keep up the good work SJB BUILDING”

“Superb customer service. Good prices for the items I wanted and despatched quickly. Unfortunately DHL were rubbish, didn't deliver on time and then damaged my parcel. Rubberduck were brilliant. They reordered my products direct from the manufacturer for a new delivery and sorted out a collection after DHL eventually delivered, even though they'd been told not to. Very impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very pleased.”
