Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, unfortantly this appears to be a product review about your Haven shower enclosure rather than a review of our service (ie how easy website was to use, how your item arrived undamaged etc). I recently ordered some shower panels and trims, from Rubberduck bathrooms, which were delivered promptly and on time. However, the customer moved the goal posts, and, although I had enough panels, I needed an extra trim. I was alarmed to find that Rubberduck Bathrooms refused to supply this, and would only supply trims with panels. Fortunately, I sourced this elsewhere, but have been left feeling reluctant to place any further orders with rubberduck Bathrooms, and will tend to source such items from a more flexible supplier.

Thank you Jack for your order. We are glad you recieved your tilepanel on time. We are sorry that you you were unable to purchase the trim seporatly, but this has confused us a little, as we DO supply trim individually to customer who have purchased boards, as we know people can run short or miss cut etc. This service does incure an additional delivery charge. Normally when a customer returns and purchases a seportate trim we can see there original order or the boards and will contact the customer to arrange the delivery and extra charge. If you have asked yor customer to purchase the extra trim them selves or purchased from a different account/email address these orders can not be linked and the trim order will have been cancled and refunded. The simple truth is to deliver a trim, 2.7m item, on its own anywhere in the UK require packaging to stop it from being damaged. We use polypipe or drain pipe (userable as such after delivery) to protect the trim and to provent it being damaged. These pipes cost around ÂŁ8, the deliver, FEDEX next day, costs ÂŁ7.99, this makes a deliver cost of ÂŁ15.99. We offer free delivery of the trim when purchased with boards as the boards protect the trim and deliver is covered with the delivery of the board. We can not sell a single ÂŁ7 trim with free delivery which then costs us a ÂŁ15.99 to deliver. I hope this makes sence and you understand the reasoning.

Rubberduck were polite and accommodating but our delivery was two days late and there was little done to rectify this. It came from an outside provider which I understand, however ultimately this is the responsibility of the retailer. The product was good.

The bath itself is great, the only problem is the site is very difficult to navigate and although delivery is "free" of you spend a certain amount it's only for certain postcodes. This could be explained a bit easier and the prices easier to find. Also, customer service give me two separate days for delivery of one item so I had to wait on the courier contacting me to confirm the correct day.

Thank you for your review but you have us confused. The Carron bath you purchased comes we free delivery as standard, no minimum spend required. We have checked your invoice and you have also not been charged delivery. So you have us confused here. The bath its self came direct from the Carron Distributor depo and there was an issue with your first delivery date you recieved in that the bath was first dispatched to our depo instead of direct to you, this was picked up straight away and bath redirected to you for the next day

Although website said item in stock I had to chase the company as order did not arrive as expected. I was then informed that the item was in fact out of stock and I had to wait a few more days for delivery.

Thank you for your review, how ever we do not understand. "Although website said item in stock" our website does not show stock levels? "I had to chase the company as order did not arrive as expected" unsure to where you were getting your expected delivery times from as this is not stated on the item you purchased (Neptune Black Sparkle). We do try to have most items delivered delivered within 5 working day. You placed your order on the 15th January at 2:40pm (after our daily order cut off) and your received you item 8 working days later... so maybe a little longer than our average. As stock is taken from numerous depots nationwide all using different stocking systems and would be impossible to import and implement a live stock feed online for all systems. We do however display estimated delivery time on items we can estimate and email all customers with dispatch noticed and even pre-delivery days on items which can be pre-ordered

I ordered a Roman wet room tray and tanking kit 9 days ago. By this morning I had heard nothing about a delivery date. I rang Rubberduck who rang Roman and got back to me quickly to say delivery would be tomorrow or the day after. I would have valued an earlier communication and perhaps quicker delivery as other bathroom items I have ordered have been delivered within 5 days and this is holding up work. This may not be within Rubberduck's gift however

This was my experience: I have no issues with the package or the product, however the delivery took 51 days (7 weeks +) not a major issue as it was DIY and not booked for tradesmen to install. The delivery never arrived on the agreed date (no communication to advise) but after emailing them it was delivered 3 days later. As product is made to order it is arguable whether rubberduck or manufacturer at fault. I sent 2 questions regarding installation to rubberduck, only one was answered. I went to Grant Westfields (manufacturer) web site for installation guides and the video as advertised was not available, I emailed and best they could do was a PDF file , I did however find one of their videos on Utube, I would have thought they could have sent a link! The above hasn’t caused any major problems for me but I do think customer service needs to be improved upon.

Yes Christmas and bank holidays can be inconvenient at times. You order for "made to order" hydrolocked boards was placed on Monday 21st December 2015 (15:36) and was manufactured and deliver to you on the Tuesday 12th January 2016. Which is 11 working days. Boards with finished or hydrolocked edges can take upto 10 - 14 working days for delivery as stated but we do normally get them delivered allot quicker, but Christmas and new year did slow down the process. We did keep you informed of all delivery dates. We believe we have offered a good service of this period,

My bathroom fitter has had to substitute longer screws, as those supplied are too short. He has also pointed out small dents in the silver trimmings. Not good.

Thank you for leaving a review. The tanking compound you ordered is classed as a liquid and can not be posted via a standard postal service such as Royal Mail and has to go with a courier who is able to deliver liquid. You were only changed ÂŁ8.99 for delivery which we feel is not horrendous to deliver a fragile and liquid item around the country is good condition. All delivery charges are shown on the site before check out and we believe that even with the postage charges that we are still cheaper than anyone else.

Very disappointed with the lead time, my builder has used this company many times and has not had a problem. maybe when you order online stock availability needs to be highlighted so you can make a diffident choice, helpful staff over the phone

We are sorry that you were miss informed by your builder in saying you would receive your boards within 3 days. Most clean cut Multipanel boards are delivered within 3 working days but hydrolocked boards, which you ordered, are made to order and can take upto 10 working days (depending on size of order, colour and location in the UK) which is clearly stated in the items description under the delivery tab. You ordered your items on a Sunday 10th May evening, we informed of your delivery slot within 1 working day, and we delivered the boards on Monday 18th May, 5 working days after you placed your order on the day we stated. I don't know how we have let you down, the only error we can see if the information you were given by your builder (not us) and that you didn't read the item and delivery information.

Many glass items, such as the haven shower enclosure you ordered, are dispatch on specialist couriers who are insured to cover glass items or by the manufacturer them selves to ensure the items arrives with you in good condition. This can take upto 5 working days as stated on our website. You received you item within the 5 working day period. We feel we have not miss lead you, or given you an false information, or let you down in any way. We fell a 3 star review is not fair review.

Three stars on average! I bought 2 items. The one despatched by you (a shower caddy) arrived on the day specified by you and I am very happy with your service in this matter. However you told me that the other item (HIB joshua mirror) was being despatched directly from the manufacturer. I have had no information from the manufacturer as to when the item will appear and as I will need to be at home to receive it this is very inconvenient so I am considerably less happy with this part of the service.

All fine except for the delivery service used. In this part of the world (Herefordshire) FedEx are VERY poor. RubberDuck themselves helpful and efficient.

Due to the size and fragile nature of allot of our items, they are delivered by a specialist courier who operate in set areas on the UK on set days. We did try to contact you via email with the delivery date and an alternative but unfortunately not a Monday or Friday was available for your area. As we didn't have a reply we assumed the original delivery date was ok with yourself. We would like to add that you received your item in good condition and if anything a day earlier than needed.

Had to chase up delivery and was told that Driver had called and left a note, which he hadn't, eventually turned up about two hours after the designated slot and delivered item,was in OK condition. GH
