Megaboard panels arrived but was all split and cracked on the tongue and groove. Luckily I was cutting it down anyway so got away with it otherwise would have been a pain sending back. Not much packaging for protection just a thin cardboard box.

The Rubber duck team did well but unfortunately the carrier then lost the package and failed to deliver. The Rubber duck team responded rapidly once the carrier acknowledged their failure.

Yet to receive the product. The prices were great my only issue was delivery as I was given a day and not a time slot which resulted in time lost at work so as to not miss the delivery

Was informed all our parts were ready for collection. Drove over 30 mins to get to their to find two parts were missing. Very poor service!

Product came quickly and on time, not so happy about delivery, they wouldn’t take item upstairs despite being a 2 man delivery. Other suppliers offer a service to any room in the house

We do detail across the website and in the emails we send to customers post purchase, that all deliveries are kerbside and usually a single man service only. This is the case with most online retailers within the bathroom industry. Also, as there is a global pandemic at play, it wouldn't be wise for courier staff to have unnecessary contact inside customer properties or even with customers themselves. All in all was ok but lorry didn't fancy coming down my street so had to carry all the stuff I ordered with driver down to my house about 200 metres but apart from that delivery quick and on time.

Good Morning Timothy, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and we're sorry to hear that you had to carry some items in! Unfortunately, as your items are of a bulky nature and take up a lot of room, they need to be dispatched VIA lorry. As your chosen delivery address was a very narrow street with cars parked on each side, it simply wasn't feasible for the driver to get any closer than they did. I understand that deliveries are taking longer than usual, so with this in mind, perhaps you should change your 2-5 working days for delivery to something more appropriate. It took my delivery 10 working days I believe, to get to me. Not what I was expecting as I called and was told it would be with me the previous week.

Hi Babs, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and apologies about the slight delay. On looking, the item you ordered was a large piece of glass. These are held with the manufacturers to avoid damage during transit. At the time of ordering, we called the manufacturer to confirm the ETA and we passed that message on to yourself. Unfortunately, we can only pass on the info we receive in these instances and we do look to update the website as often as possible with the small team we have based on these messages. I wanted shower panel sealant, Mermaid sealant for laminate panels, was surprised to get wetwall branded sealant which retails at £8 and is probably the same stuff but was charged around £22 which was the retail pry of the Mermaid sealant.

I was advised of a delivery day and waited in the whole day for the delivery which did not arrive. No contact and explanation, nor update on expected delivery. I rang to chase up the delivery which arrived whilst I was on the phone. An update would have been helpful and some indication such as am or pm as I was required to be home to assist delivery. Otherwise, my dealings with Rubberduck bathrooms were straightforward.

Out of the 5 sheets i ordered 3 was scratched 2 had to be disposed 0f 1 had to be returned. Started small bathroom in june did not finish till end of August when i finally received the boards did not receive the H joint i ordered. After numerous phone calls and being told a lot of stories i woul never deal with them again. j broadley

Good Morning John, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and apologies you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. After looking into your order, we can see the items ordered on July 18th were dispatched directly from the manufacturer at the earliest opportunity on their own dedicated courier service, as is the case with most panel suppliers. Under normal circumstances we wouldn’t look to make excuses on behalf of the manufacturers we connect to or the courier networks they use i.e.Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, Fedex, DX etc. However, the industry as a whole was under unprecedented amounts of pressure to fulfil the sheer volume of orders placed at that time with the pandemic and working restrictions in full swing. The reason for the delay on the H joint was down to the fact the item was not part of the original order, it was added a number of days later after receiving a telephone call. As such the supplier had to arrange for said item to be sent to the relative depot for dispatch to yourself. Again, we’d like to apologise if this has led to any inconvenience on your behalf. I was unable to get the part I ordered and after a long delay I was offered a alternative shower cabinet, this has made extra work for me but will keep the old boy happy as he will be able to have a show as soon as I get it and get it fitted for him. My order was dispatched and arrived on time, however the towel rail I ordered was slightly damaged (possibly in transit?) and the colour matched valves I also ordered were not the right colour. There were also no mounting brackets with the towel rail. I contacted Rubber Duck and they apologised and immediately sent a courier to collect the whole order to return it. They then sent the full correct order the next day. Everybody makes mistakes, but how they resolve them is what determines a decent company or not, in my opinion, and Rubber Duck resolved the problem very quickly and politely. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased PVC ceiling panels. Unfortunately, this was not an entirely happy experience. Firstly the FedEx delivery tracking system needs to be improved so that a better idea of the delivery time. It is not good enough to be told that the delivery will be before 2330! This can be achieved by use of a mobile or computer app which utilises GPS to tell the customer the exact location of the van, which is practised by some other delivery companies. Secondly, the wrong goods were delivered. The company were able to send the correct goods the following day. However, some damage was found on the corners of the contents of the packages. Initially, after I had made a mistake with my order, I telephoned the company and was given courteous and helpful assistance by Marc who said he had made the necessary correction to the order.

I purchased a bottom-fitting toilet seat from you. It was quite difficult finding the right one, as there are many different sizes and types of fitting and there is t enough available I formation to be sure what you are getting and that it will fit your toilet. It arrived promptly (great!) but then I found that the plastic bolt in the fitting was too fat and too short to fit my toilet. I have now been round every plumbers’ merchant locally trying to find the right size fitting to no avail. So, basically, I have just bought a toilet seat that I can’t use. If the fitting size had been provided on your website I would have known not to buy it
