Ordered wrong item by mistake. Took this back with no issues and ordered correct part. Although no issues with this I am still waiting to refund! Seems to take a long time to get money back when item was taken back to shop in original packaging.

Increasing my initial rating post issue being resolved. Issue was caused me by a misunderstanding of the product and the parts on show were actually brushed brass as described. Our initial query could have definitely been dealt with in a better way.

The products I ordered were fairly priced and arrived undamaged. I then attempted to follow up with a second order for products from the same range. I had a query which needed me to talk directly with a staff member- who was unhelpful at best, disinterested, bordering on rude, terminating our call before it had sensibly concluded. I therefore took my additional business to THE BRITISH BATHROOM COMPANY- where I received the information, service and even better value. Use the Rubberduck Bathroom online again - possibly. Call them for advice and place an order - no chance.

Generally Rubberduck are brilliant. One problem I do get though is when something is out of stock and an item is put on back order it gets forgotten and I have to end up chasing weeks after delivery was promised. Twice this has happened now and it is a tad irritating.

All items of my order eventually arrived in good condition, but the delivery of the order was less than ideal for a few reasons: 1. The order was shipped via two deliveries which I was not notified of beforehand, leading to confusion 2. The first delivery arrived with no notification of delivery day or time 3. The second order arrived outside of the 2-5 days delivery time frame, and it appears this was only shipped after I got in contact to enquire about the status of my order

Waiting on parts phone Saturday you said you phone me Monday no call phone you Tuesday you said waiting for email from your supplier not good for me had to put plumber off need a date for parts to come

Communications was very poor. I had to ring four times before I received my order. I was told each time that someone would contact me with an update on when I would receive my order but no one ever contacted except for the last person I spoke to.

A bit disappointed as the sample that I was sent was more silver on the black, whereas the boards I received were different colours. I could have got the same cheaper with no delivery charge. I only ordered these as I thought the sparkle was silver!

2 orders both had delivery problems. Prices are a bit on the high side. Products seem good quality though (so far)

Ok company let down by it’s suppliers. I had one bag of adhesive split and two missing. Despite their best efforts Rubberduck were unable to remedy the problem due to supplier stock issues and ultimately refunded me.

Although the ordering and delivery process was very good unfortunately the bath panel was damaged. We are currently in the process of arranging refund.

Unfortunately the item I ordered will not fit the location so I need to return. I have requested a return but have yet to receive confirmation that it has been accepted.

Hi Ray, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Ray you requested returns info for your item on Saturday the 7th and we replied with links to our returns policy within 10 minutes of receipt. You kindly confirmed the item was fit for return on the 11th with images coming through to us. We responded within 30 minutes, happily accepting your return and offered some advice on how you could get the item back to us. I placed an order for bath and bath panel, it said 3 to 5 working days for delivery, after 4 days I chased by phone 3 times and was told it was out for delivery and I would get a call from the courier. They only call I got from the courier was to say he was outside my house with my delivery! Fortunately I was able to rush home to receive it!

We ordered a lot of stuff but due to an error we were not sent a profile for the wetroom panel. We didn't realise it wasn't in the box so didn't realise it hadn't arrived till we went to fit it. It then took a week to rectify the situation, between RD and their courier. It may have not been there fault but ultimately it reflects on them. The rest of the order was fine however this has meant out customer hasn't had their shower for a week which reflects on us....

Good morning Ben, We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Looking back we can see your order contained a wet room screen with the option to choose either recessed or surface mounted wall profiles. Neither option was chosen at the time of the order, which meant only the glass and support arm was dispatched. This should not have been able to happen and we've since made a change to that listing to ensure this does not occur again. Customers can no longer add that item to the basket unless they choose which profile type is required. Sorry again to hear about the delay for your customer, we'd love to make things up to you in the way of a discount on a future order. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
