The product supplied by you is first class and has made a great job. How ever the tub of water proof sealant was completely slit down one side of the tub. This was obviously known before dispatch because it had been sealed into a plastic bag, which on opening was very messy.

Good afternoon Stephen, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. We can assure you however that we would never knowingly dispatch any damaged item. To dispatch a tub of sealant (that could have ruined everything else contained in the delivery) would have caused numerous issues from a customer service / reputation management point of view. As well as impacting what small profit we make on each order, given the team would have to organise replacements etc. It simply would not be worth the hassle. The installation kits arrive pre-boxed and are supplied directly from the manufacturer and we send them out as is. We do check an amount for QC purposes as they come in to us and it's very rare that we find any issues. Hi Michael, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We do think some wires have been crossed here as (up until reading this review) we had no record of an issue with your delivery. We understand you had a conversation with a customer service operative on Friday - as explained during that call, if you had replied to an email using a no reply email address, we would not have picked up that communication. We do advise on the email address to use in the event of any issue across the website and in all emails sent post transaction too. For reference It's highlighted in bright red bold writing within all emails sent. Even though the matter has not been reported within timescales or through the correct channels, we have still raised the issue with the manufacturer and requested they credit the outstanding adhesive on the order. Once that credit is confirmed, we will process your refund without delay. It's important to read and understand the procedures to follow when purchasing online but we fully understand it's easy to make mistakes and will help as much as we can in those instances. Boards were delivered but one is damaged on the side (the box was broke which has snapped the panel inside) I have pictures to prove this.

Good morning Gaynor, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received during delivery. These panels are delivered directly by the manufacturer using their chosen delivery service. Typically we don't see many issues with deliveries but we are aware that sometimes the couriers can be a little heavy handed at times! We look to act as fast and efficiently as we can in the rare instances things don't go to plan. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. Very happy with the price and condition of our shower panels. Only disappointment was the delivery - wrong date given so waste of leave from work.

The delivery was delayed by a day. But the panels arrived without damage and they are good quality. But the corner trim is very shallow so there is not much play if the wall is out. Would probably look for something with a deeper trim in the future

Good morning Michael, We're very sorry to hear your delivery arrived with dust on the outer packaging. While we do our best to ensure all items are well protected in transit, it's difficult for us to control how packages pass through the courier networks used. We're happy to hear that the packaging used performed its primary role in protecting the items inside from any damage or dust picked up during transit. We can also see your order carried a 7-10 day lead time but was dispatched next day on a tracked service and arrived within 3 days from placing the order. Hi Joe, Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Looking across your order details, we can see the order was placed after cut off on the 10th. It contained a shower enclosure to be distributed directly by the manufacturer on a 3-7 working day lead time and another item we held in stock here in our warehouse. The item we held was dispatched the following morning at 9:50am using a tracked next day service. The outstanding item, which we understand is due to arrive with you today, will be delivered on the 7th working day from placing the order and within the ETA provided before purchasing. We ordered a tileable shower tray former and waste kit. Despite spending a good while on the phone with one of their salesmen to make sure we ordered everything needed, it turned out we hadn't. Hardly the end of the world, but this miscommunication ended up costing us more money as it was more expensive to buy the waste kit on its own. The shower tray was damaged on arrival and Rubberduck dealt with this promptly and a replacement was delivered. But, to be honest, it felt like a middling experience.

Absolutely loved Gary's presale service but your delivery timings: "All Deliveries are kerbside only and typically arrive between 7 am and 6 pm". it's just too vague.

High gloss bath panel was great, well packed and protected. Would have given 5 stars but delivery by FedEx terrible. I was notified a Tuesday morning delivery, then the afternoon, then Wednesday morning but still didn't turn up. Gave up waiting, eventually turned up Thursday afternoon.

They sent me wrong items in my order which were the corner joints for shower boards . As this was noticed in the day the job was started I’m having to wait an extra 5 days to get these which has delayed getting my bathroom completed . They do not do delivery on a weekend so you have to wait until the next working day . If you need any replacement when contacting . It all depends on when you contact them with an issue . No next day delivery !! Please bear this in mind !!!

I ordered a tray with waste which arrived in maybe 48 hours all good but I also ordered at the same time a mermaid corner shower panel. Currently I have nothing from you to say when this is arriving, I hope it doesn't turn up next week as I stated not to deliver it that week as we are away. Maybe you xan advise when this item will be delivered.

Sent an issue with the product. After an initial reply to send a picture which I did no reply. Update. They did fix issue after posting this. Shame it took having to give a poor review to get this sorted as price was best I could find for the item and came very quickly.

I ordered a wet room tray and didn’t get a tracking number so I chased the order. Rubber duck were helpful and contacted the manufacturer and weee assured it would be dispatched on the Friday. The following Wednesday I still hadn’t received a tracking number or any communication so I chased you again. Once again you phoned the manufacturer and response was there was another order that took priority and so mine would go the following Friday. The following Monday I still didn’t have a tracking number and chased for a third time. I was told the order had missed the courier for that day and would go the next. I finally received it over 2 weeks after the order was placed which left me with men on site unable to continue with the job. I didn’t receive any form of apology

They have regular stock orders come in weekly, on a Friday. Unfortunately your order was not allocated that week, as other orders placed before yours took priority. Tracking details were provided on dispatch. We communicated this detail over the phone and listening back to those calls, it would appear we apologised for the delay during those calls. We appreciate it can be frustrating when delays arise and we hope that customers see that we act as quickly and professionally as we can in the rare instances things don't go to plan. The website was good to use and spoke to customer services before placing order about day specific delivery I was told if I put in any specific days in the notes they honour it the best they could. I placed the order and delivery information I received said the next day which was great. However I received 1 item off my order, when I did the tracking it said delivered - nothing about the order being split. I contacted them to make sure the courier hadn’t missed the rest of the parcels to find out the other 2 main items were coming direct from somewhere else and these places would contact me or rubberduck with info passed onto me. I waited a couple of days then rang again where rubberduck customer service contacted these places to find the items were out of stock.. the shower tray was coming into stock in the 3 days and they’d give me del info once it came in.. I accepted this.. the second item the shower door some of the parts the manufacturer didn’t have in and del date for those was 2 weeks then it would be made and sent out within 10 days. My bathroom was being fitted a few days after this communication so was no good.. if i hadn’t have rang to question the 1 item delivery in the first place then again for an update and asked for it to be chased up I’m not sure I would have been told. I had to find another door elsewhere luckily was cheaper though. Customer services were quick to answer and were helpful once I rang them.

Hi Cassie, Thanks for ordering with us and for taking the time to leave feedback too! Looking back at your order, we can see a request was made after 1pm for a next-day or 2 day delivery service on an order that carried a minimum 3-7 day ETA. It's worth noting that the shower unit we held in stock was dispatched under an hour after placing the order using a tracked next day service. If you check both dispatch emails provided, only the items dispatched at that time are reflected in said email. The morning after placing the order, we received a slight delay on the tray ETA. Which was communicated as early as possible and you were happy to wait for that to come in. Also, at the time of ordering (19 Apr 2023, 1:35 PM) a separate email was provided informing you the glass was to be delivered direct by Roman and a call would be made by them to book in the delivery at a time that suits you best. As that call was not received you reached out and, as soon as it was made apparent there was a delay with the manufacturer, we cancelled/refunded the glass on the order and you sourced a cheaper glass alternative. All of the above was communicated clearly and concisely over the phone and confirmed in each dispatch email. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
