Ordered splash backs may 12th arrived 4th June payed a lot for delivery rang company spoke to someone who really didn’t care had no customer service and couldn’t be bothered!!!!!!rang back a day after spoke to Bradley really helpful Try to sort out the problems why it took so long , so make sure you get someone helpful as they have a mix of helpful staff x

I'm sorry that we were unable to fulfill your order but I can see that we had kept you informed with the status of the panels from Showerwall and the production every step of the way. I've looked further into your order and can see you contacted us on the 20th of January to cancel your order and I can confirm your order was cancelled as requested and a full refund issued on the same day 20th January Keep safe. Not very good come damaged emailed the company n said they would sort it but havnt . I know with covid 19 things are shut but this was before all of that and still havnt had a reply or update

Sorry you received a damaged item. You informed us of the damage on Thursday the 19th March. We raised a new one to be dispatch from the warehouse which was due to leave on Monday. That Monday the 23rd we all went on lockdown and we were unable to dispatch the unit. Once we are able to dispatch this unit we will be in contact. Sorry but this is outside our control.

Your service was really good, just found the product damaged. You did replace it but it was still damaged. We eventually managed to work around it

Delivered on time however I requested a return poor feedback and after sales so be very carefull when you purchase a product no help as to arrange a return delivery my Item was 40kg therefore I had trouble finding a currier no help from rubber duck so I had to travel £260 round trip to return the item .

Hmmm despite me making a note on the order to deliver on 24th March I get it delivered on the 24th February! By pure luck I popped home when the driver arrived so not such an issue but please, a little attention to detail.

Used Rubberduck a few times now for abacus tile backer board's etc Free delivery is good but sporadic If it's in stock you don't wait long If it's out of stock delivery can be anytime . They need to let customers know when items out of stock when ordering online and give a delivery date. That's why I've only given 3 stars due to lack of communication regarding delivery times

Product came 3 days after delivery when I ordered the part at 11am. So wasn’t very happy with that, BUT. When it did arrive the part was in good order. Not sure about 24 hrs delivery though

Hi Anthony, I'm sorry you did not receive your item for three days after ordering. We dispatched it with the Royal Mail on a first class 24hr service so it's should have arrived the next day. We can only apologise for the delay in the Royal Mail delivering your item. Regards Rubberduck

The time of delivery is in the small print , not easy to see . I complained and was told it couldn’t be put right which I think is rubbish!! , apart from that they were very good

I received my order and was satisfied with part of my order the shower caddies were fine but the shower wall spray only one contained anything the other three were empty and upon looking the tops were broken and they had leaked into the wrapping very dissapointed

I was torn between a Acceptable & good rating for Rubber Duck. We found they had a good choice of items at good prices and their communication after the order was OK. The thing that let them down was the order was delivered on three separate days, a Friday, Wednesday then the following Friday. Luckily our neighbors are great and took deliveries twice but we got no note through the door to say where they were? One of the three deliveries did call to let me pick a suitable day. Perhaps the website needs to provide better delivery details and point out they can come independently?

Hi Sir, we apologise regarding the separate deliveries, we emailed you on the 5th September to advise of Showerwall's delivery date, we then emailed you on the 10th to advise of the Wetwall delivery date, we did give confirmation in advance for the deliveries where the manufacturer didn't call to book it the other item in directly with you. As a retailer who uses standard couriers, we don't have the facility to to move 3 metre long work tops and 2.4 meter long panels from our warehouse so had to order them to go directly from the manufacturer to you, each manufacturer will only deliver their own products so we had no ability to send the items to you in 1 delivery but apologise for this misunderstanding.

Another customer cancelled an order but unfortunately my order then was cancelled in error. So some hassle caused having to check bank statements etc but staff were very courteous and apologetic. Nearly caused a problem with installation date but just averted by an early delivery the day after it was originally due.

goods are great, i have issues with the delivery process i needed a set day , i put this in the comments but it arrived a day early, i did not have any one to take delivery , lucky the driver managed to leave with neighbour

Hi Sir, We apologise for the issue encountered however we don't have the facility choose the delivery date on the Neptune items you ordered as they are dispatched directly from manufacturer who only deliver to certain areas on certain days, due to this we emailed you 5 days before the delivery was to occur to advise of the date to give you plenty of notice so you could arrange some one to be available or to allow you time to change the date before delivery occurred as required. If you didn't see this email it could be your email providers spam filter has sent our emails to the spam folder as i can see the email address the review request was sent to matches the records we hold on the system however we apologise for the issue encountered .

The products are as ordered and they communicated well, but I would have gone with another company if I realised they only deliver m-f 8.30-4 pm (no prebookable time slot) and are 'not covered' to do anything other than drop on your doorstep. Seems a bit funny in this day and age? I would have paid more to not have to take a day off of work to receive the delivery.

Unfortunately their are no courier companies that opporate nation wide outside normal working hours at can delivery safely large items such are 8foot x 4foot sheets, this is something we are always looking into. Smaller items such as taps and radiators we offer a full track, trace and delivery arrangement service. Thank you for your order.

Not had time to fit the panels,but when they arrived they where no protection around the panels which could easily get damaged in transit after being transported around the country. I paid £30 delivery which I thought was for delivery and packaging to protect my goods.very poor delivery.

Multipanel board do not come packaged and come with a protective film protecting the face. These boards are delivered on a Multipanel Van which is specially designed to carry these large boards only. The van carries Multipanel boards and trims only meaning the boards are laid down flat in the van and there is nothing else in the van that could potentially damage the boards. This reduces packaging and waste. As there is no packaging / boxing this also allows for easy inspection of the boards on delivery for any faults or damage without having to unpack. This vehicle is comes from the closest multipanel depo to your location (not from our warehouse) which reduces mileage of the transport reducing costs and environmental impact. The delivery charge is to pay for the fuel, insurance and the delivery drivers wages. This charge is the same if you order one board for 20 boards. Doing things this way also reduces our costs which reduces the price you have to pay on the boards hence our low price. We hope this helps explain. We are glad that you received your goods in good condition and on time within the time frame quoted.

Before purchasing the tap I asked Customer Service whether the product had a C and an H rather than a red dot and a blue dot and was told if was the former, however what arrived was the latter. What is shown on the picture and on the box is not what is on the actual tap, so disappointed for that reason.

Hi Sir, Please accept our apologies regarding this issue, in our correspondence before the tap was purchased, i sent you the link to the manufacturers website so you could confirm the detail i had given you regarding the H & C icons, the image was supplied by the manufacturer and was shown to be the same on their website to show the H & C icons, at some point the manufacturer must of changed the design with out the image being updated and we are sorry for this misunderstanding. As detailed in my email this morning, if you do want to return this item please advise and we ill organise this and issue a refund to you once received.

Very quick on delivery but p&p doubled the price of the item on both occasions....now found recess of channels not deep enough so items not needed and too expensive to return
