we have only recently received the product, but the packaging left a lot to be desired, as when i opened it there had been leakage, and a small amount of product had been lost. I plan to use the product at the weekend, so will know then how the product performed. Brian Shear

I've used rubber duck on 4 previous occasions and they have been great but unfortunately this time every panel was warped and bent, fitted them any way due to the time scale on the job but was very disappointed as it to slot longer to fit. Would use again because it's only a problem we had to over come but finish was good. MARK

Very good a taking order and email confirmation of my order. Received part of my order but a mix up with the supplier for my Splash wall. I have still not had confirmation to delivery date only verbally. Order placed 7 days ago.

Prompt delivery reasonable price... but everyone one of my my ceiling panels was split at the end just picking I had to cut a bit off... don't know where the fault is .. although this happenened still managed to use and get a good job done

I placed my order with Rubberduck bathrooms on the 22nd June with no issues. I had arranged for the delivery to my home on Friday 30th June, for which I had taken a days leave. On the 27th I had still not received my email order confirmation, so I called Rubberduck, and found there was a typo in my email address and this was rectified & I received my email order OK. They also said delivery was down for the 27th June, which I queried, they checked and then said there was a note for delivery on the 30th, so all looked fine. When I got home later, I found the delivery had been made on the 27th, but as no one was in, it had been left with a friend two doors down. It was put in their shed balanced on it's side, fortunately no damage had been caused. We then had to carry the items back to my house. This could have been down to the local distributer getting the date wrong! After I had placed my initial order on the 22nd, I had made another call to add some showerwall cleaner to my order, this was not delivered with the items on the 27th, but I had not been charged for it either. I cannot comment on what the product is like as yet, as it had not been fitted yet.

Not fully inspected it yet but 1 of the shower panels was very poorly wrapped in box way to big and open ends. Everything else just tapped up and separate so not very impressed with packaging

Asked to write a review, only given 3 as I haven't received what I ordered yet, seven days to today. Other than that, found the process of finding what I needed, ordering and paying a easy experience. Can't comment on product, as as already indicated haven't received as yet.

Rubberduck were absolutely brilliant when selling me my shower. Patient, well informed and really helpful. However, when it came to helping me after I'd bought it, including how to find an installer and then to tackle some issues with scratches on the glass when we opened it up, they couldn't have cared less, were completely unhelpful and effectively washed their hands of it all. Left me with the impression that they only care up until the point they get your money. I wouldn't use them again for this reason.

Thank you for your purchase of your Insignia shower Enclosure on the 6th August 2016. We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with a scratch or mark on the enclosure but unfortantly we are unable to help with this as it been over our insured delivery time (being over 6 months since delivered) but we did however direct you to Insignias warranty site as the shower is under manufacturers warranty. Warranty claims must claimed by the customer and not the retailer as photos and information is required. Speaking direct will reduce time required to get the claim sorted. As for the installation, we are unable to recommend installers and we do not have an installer or an installer who purchases from us on a regular basis in your area that we could of gave you the number for sorry. We do care about all sales and tried to offer as much customer service we could but unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to help further that the information listed above.

Order was taken easily enough and emails to keep me posted on the delivery we're very helpful. The fact that 5 trims and a tube ofmastic was missing was very annoying and then when the second delivery turned up with the missing bits the mastic was still missing meaning an even further delay was even more annoying and COSTLY.

The product we ordered was good - just as we had expected. However, the shipping left a lot to be desired. Firstly I asked for one-day delivery and it arrived one day late. Secondly, it was delivered by Royal Mail with an apology that the original courier had asked them to deliver it. Thirdly, the packaging was wet and damaged, and Royal Mail had put it in a plastic bag of its own. When I opened the parcel, I saw that the cause of the wetness was that the contents had leaked, giving rise to the wet packaging. Obviously the packaging was not suitable for a spray bottle with a fluid contents. Maybe next time I'll look closer to home.

Thank you for your review and sorry that you seem to have had an issue. Your review however does not make sense to us as the item was dispatched by Royal Mail by our selves on a 1st Class next day service, and not a different carrier. I would assume that the parcel had been crushed and damaged the sprays which had caused the leak, causing royal mail to bag and delivery, holding up the delivery. If we were made aware of the issue and the leak we would have sent out a new spray for you to replace the leaked amount. Thank you for your order.

Both shower wet boards were damaged, luckily I didn't need full size and could cut the damaged bits away!!

Goods arrived in 3 days with good packaging. But delivery experience was chaotic I was told a day and expected some communication for a time slot. Non came so i rang Rubberduck to be told it would be with me in 20 mins. some time later I rang again to be told a complete pack of lies that the van had broken down!!! oldest trick in book. The new time slot was 2 o'clock . It finally came at 3 o'clock i asked the driver about a breakdown and he looked at me as if i was mad saying no breakdown. By the way the depot is a stones throw away from me. No need for me to have had that experience Rubberduck could have done better.

Sorry that you have experienced this service. We as a company do not lie to customers and pride ourselves at being honest and open about orders as honesty is the best policy. If a member of our staff told you that the van had broken down this information would of been given to use via a member of staff at the dispatch depo at ShowerWall. We will pass this information onto the depo manager and look into who had given us the incorrect information. Sorry once again and thank you for the order and thank you for the review.

They haven't yet. Nearly two weeks and three bungled attempts to deliver my purchase. This the fault of the delivery company but still it all amounts to poor service.

Sorry for the difficulties with the deliveries, how ever the delivery company have informed us that they have tried to deliver but as its is described in or delivery information and terms and conditions that an able body person need to be on site to help unload. On delivering the item the only person at the property was an elderly lady who is unable to help carry an item of this size and weight. Please ensure you or a member of the family is on site to accept delivery.

Customer purchased Nuance shower board kit and received the kit within 5 working days in perfect condition on the day the customer requested. Customer contacted us 4 days after delivery and receiving the items saying he had found the products cheaper and wanted the difference refunding. customer was unwilling to show where they had found the products cheaper so we were unwilling to refund, this was the only issue with the order.

I ordered a set of bathroom panels, unfortunately the manufacturer sent out an incorrect panel. Anthony at rubber duck did a decent job in arranging for the correct panel to be sent out so overall I'm happy with my level of service. Prices were very competitive.
