“Item arrived ok but was later than stated when ordering, I called to chase and it was agreed that yes it was late but didn’t know why!”

“Items arrived but having been told via separate emails that all items were non returnable unless completely checked at delivery I found myself frantically opening box's to completly check condition whilst being constantly hassled by delivery driver stating that he had never seen anyone bother to check before and he was only allowed six minutes be dropped off and I was going to make him late. The fist delivery had several broken wall boards so entire order had to be returned and I had to repeat the whole manic process again a couple of days later.”

“Bathroom wall tanking 4m ruberised tape and aplication roller. Peeling off the 10mm wide backing paper was almost impossible. (wonder if this stuff has a shelf life ?). Yellow roller was useless - head kept falling off My wife also pointed out an amazon site that was selling the 4 m kit £8 cheaper also... So guess this review is not a good one. Sorry folks.”

Hi, Thank you for your review, please accept our apologies regarding the issues with this product, we cannot identify any detail coming over regarding the issue encountered with the product, we would of looked to replace it in light of the issues once confirmed but apologise for the difficulties you found with using the product. Regarding the cost of the item, we are limited in the costs we can offer these products at as there are several staff members who work for the company which increases the overheads of the business, this is a necessary function of the company to ensure pre-sales & product advice can be given, however we are always looking at our costings and do take all feedback on board and appreciate the time you have taken to leave this feedback..

Hi Pete I'm glad you are happy with the service, but unfortunately we pay VAT and a fair wage to our staff to provide that faultless service as well as UK tax unlike Amazon. “ordered Multipanel panels unfortunately there was no delivery time or estimated time of delivery. Otherwise all arrived and packaged well”

Hi , Thanks for your review, i apologise that you were not advised in advance of the delivery taking place, we will review this process to tighten it up for the future and to see what went wrong with this order. We do advise customers of their deliveries once we have it confirmed but are not sure why you were not told regarding the delivery date on this occasion.

“Prompt delivery. Well packaged, with no dents or scrapes on packaging, however one ceiling panel severely damaged, plus a few dents - to cut off.”

“Waited in on day of delivery - to receive one small box,, which had wrong items in and no sign of large panels. Delivery man said they would probably turn up next day. I waited in again till end of the day but no show. I telephoned to query and was told they would ring me back next day. They rang me to confirm delivery that morning and I then queried the wrong items in the small packet. I was told that their web page was in error but they would honor my order by sending correct items, which they did. Large panels were well packaged for protection but the trims attached to the outside had broken sleeves, but appear undamaged. I won't be using them for a while so can not comment on ease of installation, although the poor instructions supplied will need careful reading. I think that the package was a really good price compared to others i looked at so I would probably buy again if needed.”

“My plumber ordered the china blue wall board which I love but the corner strips did not have enough glue on the back they all came away from the wall and I had to call him back to restick them with his own glue”

Hi. Thanks for your review, we apologise if you feel you had issues with the adhesive however I believe this is an installation issue, I have reviewed your order and can confirm there was no adhesive ordered with these boards and trims, due to this we don't feel this is something that we could have avoided as it was something potentially provided by the fitter which failed after installation?

“Shower panels arrived OK and delivery driver helpful. However: 1. Panels came without any of the trims. It would have been helpful if I had been warned that the trims are ordered separately. The delivery driver pointed this out to me as if this was a regular problem. 2. No instructions provided for fitting the panels even though there were large signs saying that warranty would be void if instructions not followed. I had to look online for instructions.”

“Good cheerful staff on phone. However having to send a bathroom panel back because of damage, you sent the wrong shade of white. Because of having the plumbers etc on site I have had to go along with that.”

“Ordered on the 18th. Supposed to be delivered by fedex on the 20th,as I got two texts from them to confirm. Got an email from fedex to confirm it was getting delivered on the 20th. I was away working but my eldest daughter stayed in all day and suprise it never got delivered. It came on the 21st in the late afternoon and luckily someone was in.”

Dear Mr MacGregor, thank you for your order. I believe a college has already been in touch and explained that order of white chrome flat ceiling panels were dispatched on the 19th and delivery was attempted on the 20th at 1pm but there was no answer at your address. This can be seen on the tracking details supplied. The ceiling panels you ordered are white chrome flat panels, also called moderna white. These panels come packaged with the visible face inside the packet with the backs showing to prevent damage to the visible faces. The words white are printed on the back of the panels but with the name Moderna printed on the end of the packaging. Once opened you will find the panels to have a chrome inlay as expected. We are sorry this has caused a confusion and would be grateful if you could update your review. Regards Rubberduck Bathrooms
