“Superb customer service. Good prices for the items I wanted and despatched quickly. Unfortunately DHL were rubbish, didn't deliver on time and then damaged my parcel. Rubberduck were brilliant. They reordered my products direct from the manufacturer for a new delivery and sorted out a collection after DHL eventually delivered, even though they'd been told not to. Very impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very pleased.”

Hi Anne, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear the handles weren’t quite the colour you expected. We use the several images online, including close-up shots, to represent the brushed brass finish as accurately as possible so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. That said, lighting and screen settings can sometimes make the tone appear slightly different in person. “Excellent service. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company. First time I collected but this time I opened for delivery in a few day which wasn’t particularly cheap. Having said that it turned out to be next working day delivery (Saturday) by DHL. Fab all round experience particularly as the item I purchased was also at a great price. Thanks Rubberduck Bathrooms, I will definitely use again.”

“A very good service - A huge range to choose from (shower screen seals) - Was originally to be delivered the day after ordering but DHL had a last minute problem and informed me that it would be the day later - Which it was. The seal is now fitted and is ideal - exactly as ordered.”
