“Whilst, the service was very good in resolving delivery issues from the supplier through no fault of Rubber duck I, recently fixed the raised shower tray from Abacus and realised that the linear tray section was out 20mm out of square, having initially blamed the stud partition walls I, should have checked beforehand but assumed a manufactured item with neat cut edges would be square. At least I will not make that mistake again!! Suggest Abacus tighten up its Quality Control checking process. There were no instructions or a DVD in the box and the bags of adhesive. Finally, other than that a very good system.”
