“Really helpful with finding a replacement product when the original one ordered was delayed. I did have to chase on the phone a few times, I assume because they are busy, but very helpful whenever I spoke to a staff member.”

“Ditch the branded tape! Products all arrived ok but ordered some plastic pipe that arrived taped up with some branded packing tape. Impossible to get the tape off neatly as it shreds into pieces and is well and truly stuck on the pipe.”

Good morning Richard, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received during delivery. I can see that you are already in communication with the customer service team regarding the replacements we're looking to send out. We have a high success rate on deliveries typically but we have noticed a few more issues with the FedEx courier network of late. We're currently looking at ways to negate that heavy handling without having to increase the product cost and waste packaging materials too much. “1st Bath Panel was unfortunately delivered damaged. I simply followed the instructions on the Rubberduck website to report this. A replacement product was delivered on the following working day. The Panel purchased was a 1600mm and to prevent a further delay the replacement was 1700mm which was no issue as I simply trimmed the excess. Product itself "Halite" bath panel I found to be of a very good quality easy to cut/plane and drill.”
