Good morning, We're sorry to hear you think the delivery service could be improved. We do advise that the cut off for next working day delivery is 2pm across the website. Given it was a Bank Holiday weekend also, we couldn't have dispatched your item any sooner than we did. Friday 28th April - Order placed (after 4pm) Bank Holiday Monday - Office was Closed Tuesday - Item was dispatched using RM Next Day Service We do our best to get items out to customers as soon as possible and we're sorry you felt the service delivery could be improved in this instance. “The experiences I have heard from rubber duck bathrooms, has always been very positive And everyone has always been very helpful. However, on this occasion, sadly I had a damaged panel which to start with I was told was not replaceable. However, Ashley went above and beyond to get this rectified for me and I am very grateful to his support throughout this unfortunate situation, and it has been rectified 100% and I am very happy and I will definitely be back again and again and again”

“The products I bought at Rubberduck were mainly good quality, reasonably priced compared to competitors, delivered free/on time and with a 5% discount to boot. The only minor issues I had were that my fitters did not use some panel trims but although the returns were acceptable by the company the courier costs were too high due to their length. Also the basin waste was not good enough.”
