“Great prices, fast shipping, really friendly customer service who were super helpful. Could not be happier. We did multiple orders for bathroom wall and ceiling panels. We had one delivery window issue that they were super nice about on the phone and resolved very quickly. Also, when one of the wall panels arrived damaged but we still had to make do and use it because of time constraints, they gave us a swift partial refund without any fuss after I sent them a photo by email and explained the situation. Really impressed and would definitely buy from here again!!”

Good morning Simon, We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the delivery service. We do actually state that all deliveries are to mainland UK only on the product page itself and we detail the same point across the FAQs and on our Shipping Info page too. Which is typical for most mainland based retailers. We also operate a customer service line right here in the Rubberduck office Mon-Sat 9-5pm for any customers that need to contact us before placing an order. “The bath panel was not right and we wanted to return it but the company do not offer a simple returns policy, you have to arrange it yourself, and the courier they recommended cost more than the item itself. Very disappointed as I am now left with an unusable item which I am not able to return. Will be ordering from a different bathroom company in future and would not recommend this company unless you are 100% on the item.”

Good morning Catherine, We're sorry to hear you feel the returns policy is too complex. We operate the standard UK returns policy for online retailers. If you decide you do not want an item after purchasing, you can confirm your return within the first 14 days and then you have another 14 days after the fact to return the item to us. Once received a full refund for the item will be offered. This is annotated clearly across the website, which begs the question as to the low service rating. If we were to offer a free returns and collection service, we would have to dramatically increase product costs across the website. We prefer to offer our valued customer base as low a price as possible and we provide full product info while operating a telephone support line for anyone that needs clarify anything before purchasing with us. “I was really pleased with my ordering experience: I had left some items in the cart while I did some work, and got a call from Rubberduck to check all was ok and to help complete the order. The guy I spoke with was very helpful. The products I ordered arrived well packed, and exactly as described on a very solid pallet. I'm really happy with them, and have had no issues with the project. The sole issue was that the delivery company used by Rubberduck didn't meet the expected deadline - not Rubberduck's fault.”
