We can see in this instance there was a picking error on the profiles supplied and there was a delay in receiving your replacements which we can only apologise for. “Rubber duck where excellent only part of my delivery turned up. This was direct from the supplier however rubber duck pushed and the remainder of my order was delivered on the Saturday. They were very helpful and really pro active. Excellent service I would highly recommend them.”

“Ordered a bath panel, which arrived quickly - but was damaged in transit. This was replaced and redelivered within a few days. They say good service is not necessarily when things go well, but how things go when not as planned - and this was excellent service.”

“Good & correct product offered to use to assist with the Wetwall acrylic panel installation warranty. Situation with non-delivery of product out of their control but they apologized and sorted the problem quickly on my behalf and product was delivered. Very pleased with Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd.”

“Superb service. Everyone was really helpful, polite and efficient, especially when dealing with replacing items that had been carelessly damaged by their third-party couriers (despite being adequately packaged). Products were of good quality and matched the online descriptions and photos. I couldn't have asked for better service and will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Thanks”
