Very Bad product quality and not possible to get a refund even when returning product. Lost a lot of money.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the quality and look of the shower tray you purchased. We sell numinous amount of these tray without issue or come back. Zamori trays are a quality tray. As per distant selling rules you can return items upto 14 days of receipt for a full refund, but return costs would not be covered. We even offered to collect for a charge but you chose to return the tray yourself. When the tray was received it was damaged by Parcel force (your carrier). We supplied image of the damage and even filled in the claims for for you and the paper work to allow you to claim for damages. We feel we offered a good service and got your chosen item to you quickly and went beyond in helping with the return and feel a 1 star review to be unfair.

I ordered thre boards black Glacial and the boards that were delivered wereGalactic Black. Customer not happy as I was meant to fit them this weekend!!!

Sorry for the issue with your order but all issues were resolved to your satisfaction, this review shocks us. You wetwall order which was placed on Monday 7th august at 10:30pm was dispatched and delivered to you on the 10th August. You informed us on Saturday 12th August of damages. We offered a replacement board which we could have delivered on Wednesday 16th which you were unwilling to accept. You then informed us that your could work around and cut of the damage off. Compensation was offered and accepted by your self. Item is large 8foot x 4foot MDF sheet which is not fragile. Item arrived in speedy time and signed for as in good condition. Replacements were offered even after the cut off period for delivery insurance. reduction in price was issued for damages. We dont understand this review.

I ordered a wooden toilet seat which was found to be damaged by when my handyman went to replace the existing seat. Your response to this was to wash your hands as I had not opened the box to examine the seat when received. I'm not sure what difference a few days makes to whether something is damaged. I would never buy from you again and would recommend anyone looking for bathroom supplies to use either Bathroom Supplies Direct or Victoria Plumb both whom I used to replace 2 bathrooms earlier this year and who provided much better customer services to correct any issues.

Appalling company paid £70 for a toilet seat , unstable when installed , was told illegal to give money back because its a toilet seat and person I rang had the most disgraceful attitude, said I had to video it so they could go back to the distributer but wouldn't give money back , I am disabled had to pay someone to put it on then take it of as it was unsafe so told to put it back on and do a video or someone would come out and I would be charged for this, but still might not get money back just because I am not happy , I had paid for a discounted item so in other words lucky ! I do not feel £70 is cheap and even if it was it should be fit for purpose. I have never dealt with such a shameful and unethical company in my life and would not recommend anyone to buy from them

Dear Lorraine Budd, You purchased a Burlington wooden w.c seat from Rubberduck online The description included the size of the seat and a technical drawing of the size and shape are shown at the point of purchase. This seat was delivered within days to your home in perfect condition. You have then employed a local plumber to fit the seat and have used it. The seat has now come loose and you are complaining it does not fit your existing pan correctly. You are now demanding Rubberduck refunds you the full cost of the seat because it does not fit. If it did not fit why did you purchase it when the size was shown? Why did you plumber fit it? Why have you used it? Why not call YOUR plumber back? Why have you been abusive on the telephone to two members of staff? Why after leaving this review have you left three others under different names but with the same I.P address and also reviews on other site with the same I.P address? Toilet seats are like underwear from any retailer and cannot be returned once fitted/used for hygiene reasons. So we asked if you felt the product was faulty and if so please send an image/video of this which you refused to do and told us you wanting Rubberduck to attend your home or refund your money for a seat you are still using? No communication as to when the delivery would come. When it did it had the wrong panel was even wrong on the receipt. They said the replacement would come on a set day, took a day off work and surprise surprise it never turned up. Wouldn't use again.

I'm sorry for the experience you have had with your Showerwall Delivery. I can confirm you were informed of your delivery date via email less than two working days after purchasing the items. Unfortunately the order you placed was processed incorrectly by Showerwall at their own admission as to which we were unaware of until you had called in. A replacement panel was then arranged, Showerwall experienced many issues with their systems due to the Wannacry Global Cyber Attack, one of the knock on effects as that the replacement wasn't arranged as everything was being processed manually on paper and fax machines etc. This again is something we weren't aware of until you called in the day after you were meant to receive the panel to report that it never arrived. We then contacted Showerwall immediately to find out what had happened which again Showerwall admitted was their error and the panel wasn't loaded on to the van. With this being a Showerwall error they said they can do anything they can to resolve it but the soonest the panel can reach your home was first thing the next morning which you refused. I'm extremely sorry for the issues you have had with receiving your delivery, the Showerwall delivery system is usually one of the best delivery networks we use just on this occasion it was down due to the Cyber attack. Ordered ceiling boards which although they were 250mm wide looked like they had the tongue and grove effect we were wanting they were just plain gloss. When I rang to question the product and ask about returning them the sales person was not interested and just put obstacles in my way and quoted the terms and conditions; I have spent £185 on ceiling boards which are not as described and it would cost me as much to return them. Very disappointed.

Dear Mr Walton, The panels are advertised to be 250mm wide which is stated twice on the product page and there's two images showing that these panels are tongue and grooved. I would also like to add we send free samples of any of our Wall and Ceiling Panels/Boards to help ensure customers are happy with the product they're purchasing. Unfortunately returning the panels you have purchased is quite expensive - another reason we send free samples at our cost - as they are four metres in length and you have three packs in total. You have been told the collection charges we would incur, with no profit made. However you have still been offered a full refund on the basis you return the items at your own cost unused and in their original packaging. Kind Regards Rubberduck Bathrooms

We received our goods last Wednesday 17/5 as promised however due to work and other commitments we didn't open the packages until Saturday morning when the work was due to be started. On opening them I discovered that the ends were damaged l, as per photographs, this wasn't an issue as I could cut these parts off but the main damage on the middle of the boards couldn't be worked around and so I thought as it was the weekend there wasn't much could be done by either myself or your company and I would contact your sales office first thing on Monday 23/5. On contacting the sales office my first contact was with an advisor called Alistair who began very politely and positive however,his demeanour soon soured when he checked that we had received them on the previous Wednesday and basically told me that there was nothing that could be done to resolve this issue as we were outside the "24 hour" checking of goods period and that my problem was " a bit like buying something from a shop and trying to return it after I'd opened it 5 days later"...upon being interrupted numerous times and asking to speak to a manager he reluctantly put me on hold only to return and tell me that "the manager has nothing to say to you and if you wish to put your issues in writing he'd contact me in due course", this I believe to be high unprofessional and very rude. My experience of rubber duck bathrooms is that of once the money has been taken and there's and issue their not interested.

Given 2 delivery dates now but neither have arrived. They don't call back when they say they will and some agents don't seem very professional, or inspire much confidence. Still waiting for products to arrive! I order from the internet a lot but will never use this company again!!!

Rubberduck Bathrooms prides itself on providing a customer service that is fair and honest Unfortunately as you feel we have not provided you with this level of service, which in part is correct as we were let down by the delivery company. However we did do everything possible to rectify the issues within a few working days unfortunately this did not meet your expectations. As the goods are still to be delivered I have therefore refunded your card immediately in order for you to obtain the goods elsewhere within your expectations. I returned the product as the product took some time to arrive. Then I was told I had to pay for the return. This cost is not refundable. I was told if we arrange collect it will cost us £20.00 with Fed Ex. Dissapointing.

The HIB fan you order from ourselves on the 24th April was dispatch in the 25th of April for delivery on the 26th April. When an item is delivered but is no longer required it is the responsibility of yourself to return the item is a resell-able condition to ourselves. This is explained in section 6 of our terms and conditions. https://www.rubberduckbathrooms.co.uk/terms-and-conditions For us to arrange a FedEx collection it costs us £20. We have not yet received the item as a return...

The delivery went missing and took 10 days then the trim wasn't on the delivery. Ive asked for a credit on the delivery charges and have not yet received an answer.

Sorry for your disappointment, but we adhere to UK distant selling and retail law. To return an item you simply need to complete the returns form and post back your item with the returns form attached. You have a duty of care to make sure the item is returned in an unused, undamaged and resell-able condition (no brown tap all over the box etc). Please ensure ample insurance is taken on valuable item(s) with your parcel delivery company. Once item is received we will inspect the item to make sure that there are no damages or missing parts and your refund will be issued. You will find this is the same policy for the majority of all online retailers and high street retailers. Your order of a Burlington shower was placed with us on Saturday 1st April at 6:45pm and you received your shower on Tuesday the 4th April, meaning we delivered the item you requested the next working day (Tuesday 4th April) we believe this to be very good service.

Wrong size screens ordered, Rob unable to replace because one box had been opened. Spent £3700 with them and no help given. I will not be spending any more ...

We are sorry that you order the incorrect size screens (2 of) which you received over 25 days ago and you didn’t realise that the screens you had ordered were too large. We offer a 14 day returns policy in compliance with the UK distance selling regulations but you were outside this time period. We did offer to accept the return of the items as long as they were in a resalable condition and exchange them for the size you required. Unfortunately one of the screens been opened (which wouldn’t have been an issue as we do expect customer to check items on delivery for damages) but the item was then repackage in a way that the item would of needed reboxing or selling as xdisplay or opened stock at a reduced rate. This means a full refund for this item would not of been possible, which you were not happy to accept. We did still however offer to exchange the unopened screen, even though it was outside of the 14 days and to the deliver and collect the wrong screen at our cost as a good will for the order you placed but you also refused this as we couldn’t offer the exchange immediately/next day as is was 3:30pm and past delivery cut off for the next day. Looking through the orders you placed you were given upgraded screens at no extra charge to get you items faster, all your items arrived on time (shower trays, multipanels and glass screens) and in good condition, you were kept informed at every step of the order with delivery details etc which we feel is good customer service and would warrant a 5 star review. The only issue you have had is that you order the wrong size screens, which we did try to resolve with yourself going above and beyond, but were unwilling to accept, which we don’t understand how this warrants a 1 star review?

Sorry but the 3rd party review emails are automated and send 5 days after placing an order regardless of weekend or bank holidays. Your order was placed on the 27th December at 8:28pm during the christmas/newyear closure. Your wetroom screen order has been processed yesterday (3rd Jan) and will be getting collected by the carriers today. This will then travel to your local depo where the carrier company will call you to arrange a convenient time to deliver to your self. Once you have received the item we would be grateful if you can update this review.

absolutely terrible.There is the wrong delivery date on the order details which I need to check with them but every time I have tried to contact them the phone is unanswered, I have been trying for weeks ,the email I have sent is, again unanswered.I haven't a clue when my order is coming or if the company is even trading .Do not order from them !

Disappointing service. Ordered panels and only found out after I had queried where my order was 7 days later that it was out of stock. Very inconvenient not being told this sooner. Frutrating that the company choose not to proactively inform me, or that the website did not show this. Have ordered now from an alternative supplier.

Product ordered was Lustrolite which is sent direct from the manufactures depo. The colour chosen was our of stock nation wide in all the Lustrolite depos. If an alternative supplier was able to supply quicker i would check it wasn't a cheaper copy and not real Lustrolite.

Have yet to receive the goods. At the first attempt at delivery, I was not forewarned and was on the operating table in Bedford hospital when the delivery vehicle was at my house. A second attempt was made last week, in the late afternoon I received a telephone call that the driver was unable to reach my address because of parked vehicles. I now expect a third attempt tomorrow.

Disgraceful service!! Everything ordered was broken or leaked - getting replacements was like pulling teeth - zero communication or unfulfilled promises!! On the plus side they sound like nice fellas on the phone :)

Customer was given the delivery date of 13/10/16 and on the morning of the 13th given an estimated delivery time. Delivery was attempted but no one was at the property and driver attempted to call the contact number given with no answer... what more can we do?
