I was sent damaged goods and because I didn't check them within 48 hours Rubberduck did not want to know. The packaging was perfect so items were not damaged in transit and I know I didn't damage them so they must have sent out damaged goods. Shall not be using them again.

Frankly appauling. Ordered shower panels and panel joints. The panels they sent were all chipped along the edges and they sent edging strips instead of panel joints, having forgot to send anything originally. Awful service.

we are sorry you have had issues with your order. We can see from the original order of 3 uPVC boards and 3 External Corners that these were purchased on the 13th June at 8.39pm. This order was process and dispacthed on 48 hour carrier on the 15th. You recieved your boards on the 17th but as high lighted the trims had gone missing. We dispatched another set of trims the same day and you recieved these the next working day. We have since taking this upp with a carrier in regards the missing items and the damages to your boards and a new carrage service is currently being looked at. We feel the service we offered ie easy to use websites at highly discounted prices with customer advice as well as being able to provide the missing items required the very next working day a good customer service, we are sorry that the carrier serivce had let you down.

At this moment I am livid, my order should have arrived yesterday (an email confirmed that was the day for delivery) and just before midday today I got a phone-call telling me the delivery would be tomorrow ! 48 hours later than advertised. I was told no-one was home yesterday afternoon when the driver tried to deliver... I was home ALL day yesterday and so was the builder who is currently waiting for the multipanels to get on with fitting my shower-room. If someone tried to deliver where is the note to prove that? My other gripe is that I was charged £39.98 for this delivery (which I'm still waiting for) after being told over the phone that I wouldn't be charged because of some item in my original order which were not suitable (though not clear on the website) and had to be taken off which then brought my order just under £500...

Late delivery, which was promised serval times and didn't turn up several times, but eventually did several weeks later Wrong items delivered Items missing Had to let the customer down 3 times due to delivery issues

I ordered Bushboard shower panels which were excellent. However, I could not complete the installation because I was supplied with the wrong fixing strip. It took umpteen phone calls and more than 2 weeks before the correct part was delivered at the 4th attempt. Even then, the fixing was damaged but not unusable, so eventually I could use the shower. Having had to pay tradesmen for a full day when the "guaranteed" delivery was not made, I asked for some token of compensation. I was told by Andy that they would look into this but I was never even given a reply. A bitterly disappointing experience.

You purchased the extra trim on the 3rd May and it was dispatched you yourself on the 4th. We are sorry that this was damaged in transport by the carriers and further trim had to be dispatched. We can not control how the carriers handle goods once dispatched, this is why we do not sell trim individually without boards which is stated on the item and you were made aware of. >Having had to pay tradesmen for a full day I asked for some token of compensation. We can not offer compensation for a damages to items in transport and for fitting costs as stated in the terms and condition on our websites, Fitters should not be booked until all items are received and checked for damages. We do thank you for your purchase and respect the 1 star for this order of the trim and look forward to the 5 star reviews from your fitter who purchased the boards and received them in perfect condition on the date required.

Placed my order, but they then tried to deliver the wrong item so I refused it. To receive the correct item this involved many, many, many phones calls and it eventually turned up nearly a week later!!! The guys in the office were great, but completely let down by all the people around them. It took days for their manager/sales rep to respond to them. Even though they admitted the error was their fault, there was no urgency from them to resolve it - very frustrating!!!!

E-mailed a delivery date so took a day off work, waited in all day without any contact and nothing turned up. Contacted Rubberduck the next morning (SAT) and was told they didn't know why it wasn't delivered and could not find out until Monday when they would ring me first thing with an explanation. Surprise, surprise come Monday, no contact, I had to phone them. Finally get a call with the explanation there had been a "cock-up" and it was never out for delivery in the first place so I had to book another day off work to take delivery. What was so annoying was a day off is worth a great deal to me and I wasn't even offered my delivery fee (£35) back. All in all massively disappointed with Rubberduck and their customer service and wont be using them again.

ordered a shower trim for cladding.. order was accepted and processed. after one week hadn't received so i logged on to find out what the problem was. Apparently my order was cancelled as this product should have been ordered with the cladding?? in order to save them paying for my postage. no obvious indication on the website? 1) the original order should not have been processed and accepted if this was the case 2) no correspondence to say that order was cancelled. Their customer service rep said it might have sent to your junk folder??? who checks this? 3) my money was refunded, but the money is immaterial...its the works that need to be completed...thats costing me money... 4) attitude from company is that i should have read the details!!! 5) i would have been willing to pay postage costs if necessary! but this was not an option... i would suggest they review this to stop this happening again... won't be using this company again after this episode of poor service. david shannon

This is clearly indicated on all trims and profiles for all board in bold red text in the item descriptions and is very clearly stated. 1) the original order should not have been processed and accepted if this was the case We do not have the option on the website to stop customers from checking out an individual item, but you order was canceled, email notification sent and money void (never removed from account) within an hour of your purchase. 2) no correspondence to say that order was cancelled. Their customer service rep said it might have sent to your junk folder??? who checks this? You were emailed within a hour of the order being placed, we can not be held responsible for your email spam checker or ISP spam checker moving our email into your junk/spam folder. You were informed as you have said once you logged back into the site the notification was their also. 5) i would have been willing to pay postage costs if necessary! Due to the length of the item once package (2.7m) a normal Currier will not deliver a trim and has to go on a carrier who deals with larger items. This cost is in excess for £35... which for a trim costing less than £10 we don't believe you would have wanted to pay. We do not understand why you never went back to your original retailer who sold you your wall boards and purchased an additional trim from them, maybe they gave you a similar price for delivery you were unwilling to pay? We would have been more than willing to discuss different options with you and helping your source a trim locally, but you were very abrupt and threatening with our member of staff and were unwilling to listen to anything she had to say. As we have been selling these products online for over 7 years now and have 10,000's of happy customers and reviews/testimonials we do not believe we offer poor service.

The single most incompetant company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Over 4 weeks to deliver multipanel shower panels and despite complaining in a reasonable and polite manner, treated with utter contempt and no offer of compensation. STAY AWAY!

I was told that my £2500 delivery would be with me today (12th) between 2pm and 4pm - it's 6 o clock and I am without what I was promised! Should I report my Lustrolite Panels as stolen? Please advise and I am sure you will call me tomorrow morning with a wonderful way of reimbursing myself and my builder for time wasted

I ordered last Friday and was told I would receive a phone call to arrange delivery. It said delivery is normally within 3 days, but I haven't heard anything at all yet.

Your order for Nuance was placed late Friday Afternoon (after 3pm which is the cut off for dispatch), as stated you will be contacted within 3 "working" days in regard to your deliver either by our selves or the Currier, or both in most cases. Today is the 3rd working day and you have already left a negative review. We will however highlight that you believe you have not be contacted by dispatch and chase this up for you. As stated on the deliver information "Nuance is delivered by a specalist courier. I ordered a part and proceeded through check-out and was later informed that the order had not been placed as I had to order the multi panels at the same time. I didn't see the e-mail until I thought the part was arriving so work had to be postponed until I could get the part from an alternative supplier. If you can't have the part, stop the purchase from happening!

The item you purchased was one multipanel internal corner which are used to connect 2 multipanel boards together in a 90 degree corner. It is clearly stated in the item description that they can not be purchased on there own without boards "Please note: Multipanel endcaps, corners, jointing strips and seals are only available to purchace when a multipanel board is purchased." as it does on all of the trims from all manufactures. You placed your order at 01/18/2015 12:04:30 and we contacted you via email at 01/18/2015 12:09:59 explaining this and that you had been refunded. As you have stated you didn't see this email until after the event, which shows that we did indeed contact you via email and that your email was received. We can not be held responsible for you not checking your email or reading the product description. We feel a one star is very harsh for what we feel is good customer service, ie contacting you regarding your error in less than 10 minutes of placing an order.

Unfortunately the item ordered is still being processed the same status as when the order was placed 17.1.15. The only communication I have received since the order was confirmed has been one asking me to rate product and service!

Please note as stated on our contact us page, our internet support is closed over the Christmas period from 19th December till the 5th January as delivery companies and manufactures are also closed over this period. You order was placed after 5pm on the 19th December. You order has been processed but we can not give an accurate delivery date or time as delivery depo is closed. Orders over this period are dealt with in order number and yours is one of the first to be processed. Christmas opening times are stated on our contact us page.

I ordered an item on 02/11/14 and chased on 07/11/14 - item hadn't been sent. Promised to phone me back and explain but sent an email (obviously didn't want to speak) saying item dispatched. They did send it next working day delivery but too late as I needed it before. Item has arrived today and not what I ordered. Grant Westfield high grab panel adhesive was ordered and board fix sent. Would have done the same job but not what I wanted. Really disappointed with service provided and will not be using again.

Item order was a 5.99 tube of MultiPanel adhesive which is clearly states on the item description "Please note these adhesives can only be purchased when buying panels at the same time" After you contacted us on the 07/11/14 reg the item we did advise you of this and offered you the alternative (more expensive) adhesive or refund. We then posted out the more expensive 8.99 adhesive on a next day delivery costing us 6.99 (more than your original order total) as we endeavor to keep all customers happy.
