“My order arrived within two days, but one item was damaged and another was the wrong item’s. Sent an email showing this with photos and received a reply from Mike. The replacement items were delivered within the next two days. No problems, the problem was dealt with very quick. Would definitely buy from rubber duck again.”

“These guys gave brilliant customer service when purchasing a new Niagara shower set. Placed the order just after 11.00 pm on a Monday night, the shower was dispatched by Rubberduck on Tuesday and delivered by DHL before 12.00 noon on Wednesday. This efficiency on behalf of Rubberduck enabled the shower to be installed and up and running by lunchtime on Thursday.😊 Great service guys - will certainly use you again and recommend you.🙌🙌”
