“Excellent service, no matter who I spoke to, they were friendly and helpful and knew their products. Please review your carrier FedEx they damaged my parcel twice before a third delivery arrived undamaged! They also "drop and run".”

“First class service, i ordered by phone as my wifi was playing up, guy on the phone was very helpful, put my order together and even sourced a different shower tray as the one i wanted was out of stock. He followed that up with 2 or 3phone calls advising of delivery times and days.Great service, will use them again.”

“I was directed to rubber duck bathrooms by another kitchen company just to help me out with one item that I needed I then had a conversation with Ashley about other works I am doing and he asked for the opportunity to quote for the items that I needed and when he came back to me I was shocked at how much I saved using them they was £2400 cheaper then the next best quote I had. Not only did I save money all items turned up exactly when I was told they would be”

Good Afternoon Stuart, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received to your item. We hadn't heard of any issue with your order until reading your review this morning. We've passed over your details to the customer service team who will be in touch with a resolution as soon as possible. In terms of timelines for delivery, we can see from the tracking links provided that your order was placed late morning on the 18th, dispatched on the 19th and delivered on the 20th. The item displays a 2-5 day delivery window and was delivered within 3 days. That doesn't excuse the damage received however. “When I placed my order it appeared that all 3 items were in stocks. The main item was delivered within a few days but when I queried where the other 2 items were I was advised that 1 of them would not be available for 2/3 weeks. This was unacceptable to me & I cancelled the order for the remaining 2 items - this was handled very promptly & my credit card was refunded within 3 days.”
