Good Afternoon Stuart, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received to your item. We hadn't heard of any issue with your order until reading your review this morning. We've passed over your details to the customer service team who will be in touch with a resolution as soon as possible. In terms of timelines for delivery, we can see from the tracking links provided that your order was placed late morning on the 18th, dispatched on the 19th and delivered on the 20th. The item displays a 2-5 day delivery window and was delivered within 3 days. That doesn't excuse the damage received however. “When I placed my order it appeared that all 3 items were in stocks. The main item was delivered within a few days but when I queried where the other 2 items were I was advised that 1 of them would not be available for 2/3 weeks. This was unacceptable to me & I cancelled the order for the remaining 2 items - this was handled very promptly & my credit card was refunded within 3 days.”

“Communication was good , very good interpersonal skills . Everything went fine , bit disappointed with ceiling cladding , damage to reverse of cladding , fortunately this could not be seen when fitted , could have been handled better by delivery contractors,other than that overall good service.”

“Very pleased with the service I got with ordering my bathroom panels. A nice lady named Amy helped me on online chat. Then I phoned as I'm not very good with doing online ordering plus I needed to check out a few things. When I phoned I spoke to Amy, we had a laugh as I just had done online chat with her. Amy completed my order over the phone for me. Very helpful. They phoned and told me when my order cold be delivered and I was amazed it could be delivered within a few days of me ordering. My panels arrived delivery person ver helpful and I am completely satisfied with my order. I would recommend this company. It was a smooth purchase from beginning to the end. One very happy customer.
