“Th most difficult and harrowing experience at the hands of nice people on the face if it but systems and incompetence have left a bad taste in the mouth and finally a £700 order has been cancelled and after some heavy pulling if nails out the refund has been agreed. Buyer beware!”

Good Morning Scott, We're very sorry you feel the service wasn't as expected. Looking at the details we can see some confusion arose over a quote. Our team sent over a quote and provided an ETA as requested at the time however, as the quote was never paid for as instructed in the email, the order was not placed with the manufacturer. This caused some frustration when you called about the delivery a few days later and found the order was not placed. Our team took payment at this stage and placed the order with the manufacturer immediately. Further delays occurred due to a miscommunication on the contact details provided and a failed delivery attempt. We can see the team cancelled and refunded your order as requested. “Doing up bathrooms and my builder hates tiling... so looked at shower walls. Rubber Duck has a huge range and there was a sale at the time too. But most importantly every time I rang for advice - several times over a few weeks - whoever answered the phone was friendly, chatty and informative. Couldn't have had better help and explanations to a total novice retiree. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Delivery was on time and free and the driver equally helpful.”

“New ceiling tiles, now put up. Joiner reckons they are the easiest things to work with and they look fab!! Have already recommended you to other people. Inexpensive to buy although delivery cost high but here in record time. Great job!!!”

“I was looking for Elements backing boards and Rubber Duck bathrooms came up in my search. Easy to navigate website, excellent price and fast shipping! I did phone with a quick question and the chap I spoke to answered the phone quickly, was knowledgeable about the product and gave me the answer I required. I will use these guys again… is the highest recommendation you can give any company and I will definitely be using this company again!”

“Found everyone we dealt with vey helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery of goods was on time and the choice was ours on the date. Nothing is getting fitted until end of November so hopefully all will be ok. Only 1 negative comment Only 1 person delivering thankfully at 76 my husband is fit and could help carry the bath upstairs. Can’t review the items as they aren’t fitted yet.”

“The product is excellent, whilst your advice is good with regards to checking for damage,which I attempted by unwrapping the packaging, all three panels and their edges looked perfect. However when I totally unpacked the panels the bottom edge of every one had a sizable chip out of it one even reaching past the tongue. It is obvious that at some stage during the transportation the panels where dropped on their edge onto something raised. Fortunately I was able to cover the damage of one panel behind the corner trim, the second panel behind the toilet cistern however was unable to do anything about the third. The couriers need to be more responsible. The panels were well packed so must have been quite a bang to cause the damage. Otherwise service was very good. Kind Regards Uwe Gramann”

Hi Uwe, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with damage on delivery. We pack these items using heavy cardboard edge protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products we send out. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we are looking into ways to negate the increase in courier damages during the busier periods. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. If ever you need anything in the future give us a call and we'll make sure the next one is much better!
