“Very Poor I ordered a corner chair )to be tiled, came 6 weeks late, came incomplete, didn't fit. Wanted a full refund as it wasn't fit for purpose, I've had involve bank..night mare..steer clear”

Good morning Kevan, We're very sorry to hear about the issues surrounding your order. Looking at the details, we can see the item ordered was indeed out of stock with the manufacturer at the time of ordering and we communicated that detail as soon as we were made aware. Rather than cancel and refund the order as we offered at the time, you asked that we wait for the item to come back in to stock and dispatch it as early as possible. On dispatching the item, it turned out you had purchased an item that wasn't suitable for your installation and needed to return it. Good morning Mr Steyn, We're sorry to hear you've not received your item, this review is the first we've heard of any issue. Looking at the order and tracking links provided, you placed your order with us on the morning of the 24th and your item left us on a DPD next day service at 12:33pm that same day. It would appear the DPD driver attempted delivery on the 25th but could not reach anyone at the property. The item was rerouted to a local pick up point and has been waiting for you to collect since then. Good morning Alan, We're sorry to hear you feel the service could be improved. Looking at the order details, we can see the glass channel is stocked in our warehouse. We were waiting on a stock order to come in to us before we could dispatch to you. When you called, we found the stock order had not come in to us as expected. Rather than wait longer for them to come in, we decided to have the manufacturer send the item directly to you to help minimise the delivery window. The item arrived a day later than the ETA provided. Sending small items direct comes at an extra cost to us but we did so to ensure a better service to our valued customers. “Absolute waste of time !! Spoke to "Gary" on monday and placed my order on the promise it would be here on wednesday (5th april) Low and behold it didnt turn up !!! Now im out of pocket and appologising to my client ! My company do 5 bathrooms a month on average, and thought we had found a new supplier !! Waste of time and i shall be spreading the word.”

“The item that I received was not the size ordered, I contacted the online department which asked for a photo to show the size with a rule which I sent, upon receipt they promptly sent the correct size out FOC, which arrived the next day. These things happen and I could not be happier with their response and customer service, which has enabled the job to remain on schedule. Thank you.”
