“A great price on some ceiling panels, plus the very helpful information and guides on their website, led me to order from Rubberduck. A pre-sale phone call was also a pleasant experience, and the delivery service really fast, which was also a deciding factor, so I have no qualms about recommending this company. The delivery did not arrive on the promised day due, presumably, to traffic delays (and no communication from the courier, which was frustrating), and there was some slight damage. Overall, though, I am very happy, and my mum's bathroom has never looked better.”

“I needed to replace a towel rail and came across 'Rubberduck Bathrooms' whilst researching for the same make of towel rail. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received, an easy website to navigate and make my purchase; also the price was really good. The delivery was 'tracked' which is helpful and arrived safely the following day. This was a nice surprise as when making my purchase the estimated delivery time was for a few days. I would highly recommend 'Rubberduck Bathrooms' and if needed will use them again.”

“Spoke to salesman at rubberduck regarding a shower kit. Needed it urgently as had to come on ferry with daughter when she visited at Easter. He arranged to look out for it and when I made order he had it sent to her I. Scotland within 24 hours. Great service.”

“Rubbish online sales Company. Ordered item with promise of 4-5 day delivery. 5 days later they contact me and demand extra payment for carriage even though website quoted "free delivery". Buy from Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd at your own peril. There are better and more honourable suppliers out there. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! UNRELIABLE.”

Good afternoon John, We're sorry you feel the service could be improved. We can see you ordered a £23 profile that is typically used along with wall panels. The description details that these items are only available for free delivery when purchasing along with the panels. If purchased independently, we will need to take a further payment. We even ask customers to call to avoid delay when purchasing profiles alone. This isn't misleading, it's clearly detailed on the page and is simply the cost to us from the manufacturer to dispatch small items using their transport network. When purchasing panels, we take the hit on that extra cost to help keep prices down for our valued customers. “we are a registered care home for adults with learning disabilities and had very specific requirements for bathroom replacement. Regular disability bathroom suppliers were unable to provide what we needed. Rubberduck Bathrooms were exceedingly helpful each time I called working with me to find a solution to our unique problems. The help and advice we received was fantastic. We now have a bathroom that is fit for purpose and safe for the people we support.”
