“I was having trouble getting a shower wall trim from another supplier who I’d ordered from who were being a real pain. I phoned up, spoke to Ashley and he checked the warehouse and made sure it was in stock. He Said he’d look out for my order and make sure it was sent out the same day and it actually arrived the next day. I wouldn’t normally write a review but after dealing with the other company I was pleased for someone to do what they said they were going to!”

“Needed to return shower panels, had to arrange courier myself and pay for this, staff not helpful when called to discuss this. Already had my money so obviously didn’t care, lack of after sales customer care. Check returns policy before you buy, wouldn’t buy from this company again”

With regard to returns, we're happy to accept any unwanted item and we'll process a full refund when that item arrives in to us. We don't however arrange the return on your behalf for a number of reasons. This is typical for 99% of other bathroom retailers operating online. If we were to offer a collection service for unwanted items we would have to dramatically increase the price points of all products across our website. Given, we are a discount retailer that looks to offer the best prices possible to our valued customers, that is not an option. “Delivery was on time, unfortunately we weren’t able to check package upon delivery and when it did get used it was discovered that quite a lot of the panels were damaged, however an email with pics was sent to supplier and they did over look their 24 hour damage check policy and sent us new panels, Pamela are quite flimsy and easily damaged so care needs to be taken when putting up looks great though would definitely buy from this company again”
