“Ordered all bathroom items from Rubberduck and despite one item being damaged by the courier, the rest were of very good quality and really reasonably priced. I’ve received a refund for the damaged item and would purchase with them again.”

Good morning Alice, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the damaged shower tray. We can see the operative you were dealing with was very responsive but was out of the office from the 16th until last week. Unfortunately, this caused a delay in communication and follow-up, which we can only apologise for. As soon as they returned, your case was picked back up and a refund was actioned. With regards to the tray purchased, they're dispatched directly by the manufacturer. We can assure you that, while damages can and do occur with heavy handed couriers, 99% of them arrive without issue. For ones that do arrive damaged, we look to replace them ASAP. “I was happy on the whole with my order, the only issue I had was part of my order wasn’t delivered and I had to phone up to query why, it was handled from there but without any update it was being dealt with and it just arrived out the blue. Delivery was quick but was only notified it was arriving on the day it arrived so was fortunate I was able to receive it. Would buy again all said”

Good Morning Daniel, Thank you for your review, and I'm truly sorry to hear about the missing panel. The panels in your order were delivered directly by the manufacturer, and unfortunately, one of the panels was incorrectly marked as dispatched on their system. This meant we had to follow up with both the manufacturer and their delivery partner to investigate and get the outstanding item released. We understand they have since dispatched and delivered the outstanding panel. “Bath arrived damage and despite agreeing it was damaged by the manufacturer, not willing to replace the product. Will be disputing the transaction with my bank and submitting a formal complaint. Very disappointed with the customer service and will not be using again.”

Good Morning Stan, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We think there has been a miscommunication here, the team picked up your email noting the damage on Saturday, and stated they would discuss the matter further with a manager given the timescales of reporting. That said, the team did contact the distributor on Saturday to file a claim for a defective product (rather than damage on delivery) given the nature of the damage. They're not open over the weekend, so we haven't had a response just yet but the team are on with it and looking for a positive resolution. “We had seen the items we purchased in a store however they no longer stocked them. I searched online and came across rubberduck. They offered the best price, after paying the excessive price for postage maybe wasn't the cheapest price. It was the bathroom accessories we both wanted, arrived on time as promised and looks great in the new bathroom.”
