The toilet seat is good quality but it doesn’t fit. I thought I had measured accurately but I must have made a mistake. The returns process is complicated and could be costly so I regret buying from this company.

Hi Diane, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, it means a lot to us! The returns policy we employ is the standard returns policy used for online retailers in the UK. With toilet seats there is a hygiene concern that we need to consider as per UK law however. All that means is, we need to make sure the item has not been fitted and the protective seal has not been removed from the seat. A couple of pictures to confirm is all we require. This allows us to resell the item with confidence it has not been fitted or used prior, which I'm sure you would understand. Awful communication from courier (DHL). Took time off work to be at home to wait for delivery on 3 different working days. No delivery on first 2 days, and no update provided. 3rd day only a partial delivery. Now having to delay instalation as expected delivery date missed, and no definitive delivery date given. On this basis would not recommend rubber duck as courier service is unreliable and has caused delays to the project.

Hi Sally, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear your items are still in transit. Your items were dispatched promptly, and the ETA provided at the time of ordering did state delivery could be up to the 8th. Unfortunately, DHL’s communication and handling of your consignments fell short, which caused the disruption you’ve described. We can see the outstanding item is due to arrive tomorrow, which is a day later than we expected. We use DHL as they usually provide the best balance of reliability and cost, but it’s clear that in this case the service was not up to standard. We’ve raised this with DHL and will continue to push for improvements. Apologies again for the inconvenience this caused and the impact on your schedule. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Great Apart from the delivery time text notification was all ready out of date by an hour Text arrived at 7.30 So did the delivery can Luckily I was only 10 minutes away Driver had to comeback a mile

I placed an order and the delivery date given was the 2nd September, I received several emails from DHL between the 2nd and 5th September advising of delivery dates, however, I still have not received the item, for which I paid £20 for delivery, which is very excessive, especially when it still has not arrived.
