“Amazing, saved £280 on a bathroom mirror that I was buying from bathroom company renovating my bathroom ( until I seen same mirror on rubberduck website ) Checked the website of the mirror manufacturer and rubberduck was still £280 cheaper. After checking reviews online, I ordered. Delivery was very quick and totally impressed how quick and easy to order. Thought it was too good to be true at the price I paid but I’m Delighted!!!”

“Great customer service, item arrived damaged in transit it was 2.3m long trim so wasn’t unexpected. Contacted them and immediately sent replacement even though I didn’t notice the damage initially. Second one fine. Good price although delivery costs are a bit steep in comparison to purchase price”

“Despite hard battling with DHL ecommerce and Rubberduck company, haven't received my order. Rubberduck using the worst delivery service company, even they have no influence on DHL.”

Hi Petro, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with your delivery. Your order was dispatched promptly from our side, but unfortunately DHL eCommerce has experienced delays which were outside of our control. We completely understand your frustration, especially after having to chase both us and the courier. While we don’t have direct control over DHL’s operations, we do continually push them for updates and raise service issues to help prevent situations like this. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and hope you can see we have done all we can to help. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁

“Fast service, swift delivery and good price means that I will look at their site first for plumbing supplies.”

“Efficient service and a reasonable price on the consumable item I ordered although the postage was a little excessive. I could have saved some money if it had been sent Royal Mail instead of DHL. So long as prices are better than the competition (which aren't many) I'll be a returning customer.”

“Was a bit sceptical as it was a bit of risk to order online from a firm which I was not familiar with. But took a chance and I must say I am very happy. The Toilet pan and cistern came by one courier and the bath from another. Delivery time was just a few days and the total price of all 3 was less than what I has seen a similar bath was. Good quality products at a decent price. Very happy”

Hi Anna, Thanks so much for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the products, but sorry the delivery and communication could have been better. As these items are distributed directly by the manufacturer, we’ll be passing your comments on to them to help improve the experience for future orders. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁
