“parts ordered & delivered in a quick turnaround. all items bought where well packaged & exacly what i asked for, found them cheaper than anywhere else & will certainly use rubberduck bathrooms again if required”

“Rubberduck were recommended to us by our plumber when we were mid-renovation and still looking for a shower, and some taps. We thought the range of products on offer was great, and the prices were also very reasonable. Delivery and communication were excellent too, and we're really happy with our choices. The website was very easy to use, well designed and simple to navigate around. We've since recommended Rubberduck to some friends who are about to start thier own bathroom renovation.”

“Wrong instruction leaflet. I ordered Scudo York Traditional Dual Head Thermostatic Shower Valve (Code: SHOWER006) Instructions were for a generic, bar mixer. Very different from a Scudo York. Typical of a lazy Chinese manufacturer (and complacent British distributor)”

Good Morning Dilly, We're very sorry to hear about the instructions provided. The shower unit itself arrives in to us in a sealed box and (I'm sure you would agree) it would not be feasible for us to open every single unit to check the instructions prior to dispatching. If the wrong instructions were provided, we could have contacted the manufacturer and had the correct instructions sent over. We operate a customer service line Mon - Sat for all customers who need to clarify any details. We can see you placed your order over the weekend - it was dispatched using a tracked, next day service first thing Monday and was delivered Tuesday morning without issue, which is great to see and exactly what we aim for. “Second order that has passed the latest estimated delivery date with no delivery update given. Has to chase both times to find out what’s happening with my order. I appreciate this is probably due to supplier delays but since this has happened twice now I would seriously question any of the estimated delivery times on their website.”

“Good qualify products at affordable prices. I had to return part of the order due to a manufactorer defect on a bath tap but Rubberduck were able to get a replacement within a few days without any fuss or any extra charge. Great service!”

Good morning Gordon, We're very sorry to hear you are still waiting on your delivery. We do think there must have been a miscommunication along the way however, we can see your outstanding mirror was dispatched on the 1st of August. Looking at the tracking details (see attached image) it appears there has been a delay with DHL, which we can only apologise for. “Good service, we had 3 shower panels delivered with care and attention well packaged. Unfortunately we had some upvc cladding for ceiling delivered by another delivery firm Unfortunately we had some damaged panels . Still waiting for replacement's .”
