“It's complicated! The showerproof wall panels I bought became a problem, largely as a result of the supplier using a courier service that I felt were unable to deliver the panels professionally!”

These items are dispatched directly by the manufacturer using their chosen courier service. While we appreciate all feedback, unfortunately we have no control over the courier they select for these particular deliveries. Hi Mr Gant, We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery. The item was shipped using DHL tracked next day, who are our chosen delivery partner for this type of consignment. Over the years, they’ve consistently provided the best balance of reliability and service at a cost-effective rate. The above was made clear before purchasing the item with the delivery method being displayed on screen, so it shouldn't have come as a shock, as you say. “Placed two orders with Rubberduck Bathrooms. My second order was for Nuance panels which I hadn’t even noticed they did as my first order had been for a shower enclosure. When I realised they did the Nuance panels I just ordered without looking for other suppliers since the service I had already received for the enclosure had been so good. Really friendly and professional sales staff! Thank you!”

Good Afternoon James, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your unit. We do think there must have been a miscommunication however James, we responded to your email from Thursday first thing Friday morning. We responded again on that chain shortly after to say once the requested info comes in to us we can arrange for a replacement. We have yet to receive the information requested in that first email response (sent Friday, July 11, 2025 09:28). Once you come back to us with that info, we can further your claim with the manufacturer/courier and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“There was a bit of a delay surrounding the delivery of an enclosure, due to a secondary supplier not being on time. Rubberduck stepped in and not only helped me to get a new one, but they arranged an emergency delivery which meant I could finish my bathroom on time. Big thank you to the guys for going the extra mile to remedy a potentially bad situation. Well done!”

“The products are great and communication prompt. Delivery careful and well communicated. One of our items wasn’t in stock (which we were unaware of at purchase) so there was a delay in dispatch. This was a problem with bathroom fitters booked and I had to chase for a delivery date several times. However communication was always prompt and with an apology.”
