The goods have yet to be delivered - so I’m not best pleased

The items ordered were not delivered. Incorrect items arrived, causing the building contractors delays to complete the work. Costing my client in excess of £1,000 on delays to completion. The process to raise a concern was on-line, no contact number was provided and despite utilising the correct return’s procedure as provided, promptly I have not heard anything back in the past 24 hours.

Good Morning Adrian, We're very sorry to hear about the the issue with your order. We can see your order was placed and dispatched on the 3rd using a tracked service and was delivered within 3 business days thereafter. 10 days after the delivery was received, we were made aware of an issue. Unfortunately there was a picking error at the manufacturers end, which meant you received 10mm glass instead of 8mm. Which again we can only apologise for. We can see the team has been in touch with the manufacturer regarding an update and our team has passed that over to yourself this morning. I’ve recently placed two separate orders with Rubberduck Bathrooms and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Both orders arrived very quickly and were well packaged. The products themselves are great quality and exactly as described. It’s really refreshing to find a company that delivers on both speed and quality — highly recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms and will definitely order from them again!

3rd shower tray not a good 1 out of the 3, 2 of these are currently sat in my hallway awaiting collection, I emailed the same day the last 1 was delivered and again yesterday but still waiting for a response

Complaint submitted, I am still waiting for the reply and to return the items. Please let me know where this sits with your customer service team by Monday 21 as this has been going on since May.

Everything was great apart from the delivery. The website, price, communication, availability were fine. However, all of the boxes, on two separate deliveries, were seriously beaten up. Every one of the boxes were crumpled and broken in places. For the two niches, I was very surprised that they were not deformed, because the damage on the box was extensive. The wetroom former was broken, but I did not realise this initially on delivery, and I've decided to repair it rather than wait for any kind of replacement. I mentioned to the driver that the boxes were in poor shape, but he didn't seem to think it was an issue. All of the packages (not mine) were loose and haphazard in the van, so the driver struggled to get anything without stepping on them.
