“Despite Rubberduck having been advised that our delivery had been despatched it arrived 24 hours after it was supposed to. On delivery it was noted that one of the panels was damaged and had tio be replaced. Rubberduck were very good in getting a replacement panel sent out, which arived within two working days. Our dealings with Rubberduck have been very good and they have always tried to be helpful, and have rung back when they said they would.”

“We used Rubberduck and placed an order for x2 shower trays. The service and delivery was excellent. We did have an issue with one of the trays which was a manufacturer issue, however this was dealt with quickly with an excellent customer service. Very easy process to rectify.”
