“superfast delivery but the way they were strapped down on the pallet ment they were a bit bowed , got over it by bracing with timber but would have been much easier if they were dead flat .Customer service was 4/5 only downgraded because of they bow which may have been the fault of de;livery company rather than the supplier”

“Having placed an order for a shower enclosure, whilst I had to seek an update regarding a delivery date, the order was despatched/arrived on the dates specified. One small component was missing which Rubber Duck sorted out promptly with the manufacturer.”

“The panel, while easy to work with arrived warped, also one of the corners dented but had been still overcoated during manufacture. Consequently, I have placed the damaged corner at the bottom. Also going to have to use screws to align the warped bath panel to the bath. I like the material a lot. But only order 2 weeks in advance of you need to send back if warped or find another supplier. But like most things these days items just do not seem to be to have quality control attendance.”

Your order was placed late afternoon and dispatched the same day, arriving with you on the next working day. We hadn’t been made aware of any issue with the panel until your review came through. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to arrange a replacement on a next-day service to put things right quickly. “The test of a company is how they react when something goes wrong. Their supply made a delivery with 5 items missing, though they were on the invoice. After contacting Rubberduck they immediately arranged for the missing items to be delivered on a day I specified. I also made an error and needed one more of the low cost items. They have arranged for me to collect from the supplier. I found Rubberduck very helpful, excellent prices and a pleasure to deal with.”

“Missed estimated delivery date, nobody confirmed delivery date , communication exceptional poor. 3 time I rang to request update on delivery, 3 time " We will ring up back" 3 time nobody bothered to ring back. Another one to add to list of negative review.”

“VERY EASY ORDERING, VERY GRUMPY RUDE DELIVERY MAN. All delivered in short time and at a price that was better than Victorian Plumbing for the same panels. very packaged only let down by unhelpful and clearly unhappy delivery man.”
