“I bought a shower, enclosure, bath & all the fittings via the very helpful team in the Redcar showroom ( which was full of great products and inspiration). Eventually got round to installing recently and needed an extra trim length. Easily found on the website and collected a few days later from the warehouse in Middlesbrough. Our new shower is looking fab, so thanks to everyone at Rubber Duck. Will happily be shopping with you sometime soon. ☺️”

“These guys are good! I asked them to ship a very heavy 3 door mirror cabinet out express and they obliged same day using their second choice courier to meet my needs. My Mistake with the courier though as I agreed to DHL being used and although they met my deadline, the driver acted like an idiot. The heavy glass cabinet was standing on end in the truck and he just pushed it over and it hit the truck bed with an almighty crash. I expected glass to be broken and asked him what he thought he was doing with a parcel marked up as glass and fragile. He said he didn't care and so what, he was busy and tired. We unpacked on the drive after my wife and I got it off the truck. The driver had an unmarked van so maybe a sub contractor and couldn't get away quick enough when we started taking pics.The cabinet was damaged (door actually came off). We were able to repair the cabinet with the help of our carpenter as felt Rubberduck didn't need the hassle and to meet our deadline. Bottom line is. Buy from RUBBERDUCK, dont use DHL!!”

“Rubberduck bathrooms. Well purchased fire rated ceiling cladding from them with a coving trim. The initial contact was good we spoke to a lovely chap and he explained what they have and lengths available colours and thickness. We requested some samples to be sent. Now this is where it got complicated. We had to call several time to finally get an answer to where our sample were and with a little back and forth and a dozen phone calls later we finally received the samples. Now again I t became a little difficult we were ready to place the order but needed a final price which took a little longer then we feel it should have. But finally the order was placed and the delivery was booked in. We received the order and were happy with all the items sent. We then proceeded to install where we found! Now we need to point out this was not the fault of the boys at Rubberduck but rather the supplier he sent less coving strips that were required to complete the job. I called them and they were in it. They asked for some pictures which we sent and they spoke to the supplier the remaining items turned up a week later and the job was complete. Thank you Rubberduck the ceilings look amazing. The only advice I have for you lads on the phones is please respond with a little more haste to customers. But besides that super friendly super professional and always willing to listen and help where they can. Thank you”

“First of all I don't work for rubber duck. I ordered a bathroom Suite of them and they were absolutely fantastic in giving us different options and what things to go for and looking out for good hints and tips. This is probably been the best experience I've ever had with a company and they're not there just to do you the Hard Sell, they are there to get you what you want and get it in time. I can't thank you enough for the after sales care as we had problems with our install and they've come back and giving us real help on what to do. Five out of five stars. Thank you”

“Rubberduck were easy to deal with. The materials (shower tray and screen) are at a price point that suited the budget for the job, that are of the highest quality. All items were delievered in the timeframe agreed and were well pacakged and by helpful delievry team.”
