“Packaging very well protected. It’s impossible to check everything when delivered, so your message about having to do this is unrealistic. Also, the unit was not exactly what I ordered. The one I ordered had 2 internal boxes which was chosen for a purpose. Why was the mistake?”

“Very helpful and efficient staff. Haven’t yet used the product but my first order arrived in good condition and on time. Everyone was so helpful in rectifying a mistake that I had made and clearly went the extra mile. Well done to everyone.”

“My builder recommended Rubberduck and although it wasn't in my town we travelled to find them. Connor and Jamie could not have been more helpful. Offering advice on sizes and a healthy discount from the catalogue. The quality is excellent. I really appreciated they didn't try a hard sell or to BS me. Can't say the same for the competition. Delivered on time and sorted a couple of problems for me with no fuss. Excellent service. Already recommended them to friends. Thanks guys.”

“A very nice caddy for inside the shower cubicle, so being chrome-plated aluminium it won't rust. Rubberduck were very efficient and I was pleased to find the quality product on offer. I think your name is great, but my emails from you landed in spam!!”

“Very quick delivery, and very happy with the bathroom panels. Rubberduck was the only company that I didn't have to wait weeks to get them. They were also helpful when I phoned them, so I would have no problems recommending them.”

“We had one of these bathroom handles fitted over 20 years ago. Due to increasing infirmity, we decided to fit another. Being rather picky about decor, we were very pleased to see that Rubberduck Bathrooms sold an identical model to the original one we had.”
