“I ordered a wet room tray and didn’t get a tracking number so I chased the order. Rubber duck were helpful and contacted the manufacturer and weee assured it would be dispatched on the Friday. The following Wednesday I still hadn’t received a tracking number or any communication so I chased you again. Once again you phoned the manufacturer and response was there was another order that took priority and so mine would go the following Friday. The following Monday I still didn’t have a tracking number and chased for a third time. I was told the order had missed the courier for that day and would go the next. I finally received it over 2 weeks after the order was placed which left me with men on site unable to continue with the job. I didn’t receive any form of apology”

Good morning Andrew, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and apologies for the delay on your order. We can see your order was delivered direct by the manufacturer Abacus. They have regular stock orders come in weekly, on a Friday. Unfortunately your order was not allocated that week, as other orders placed before yours took priority. Tracking details were provided on dispatch. We communicated this detail over the phone and listening back to those calls, it would appear we apologised for the delay during those calls. We appreciate it can be frustrating when delays arise and we hope that customers see that we act as quickly and professionally as we can in the rare instances things don't go to plan. “Reported fault 23rd May still waiting for manufacturer to send replacement cartridge. installed 4 weeks ago and no hot water and tap dripping continually..l.feel it should have been replaced by RD.as I bought it from them”

Hi Pamela, Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the issues surrounding the tap. With us being a retailer of over 15,000+ products, it's difficult for us to hold spares for all the items we sell on behalf of the manufacturers that we connect to. For instance, you wouldn't expect a retailer such as Argos to replace a faulty part for the Samsung TV you bought, it would be fixed by Samsung. That being said, we do listen and learn from customer feedback. Given the size and universal nature of these parts in particular, we have requested for the manufacturer to provide us with a level of spares that we can hold and send out to customers in the rare instance we need to. “The item arrived promptly. It would have helped to have more information about the Halite bath panel. It was very difficult to fit because the top bit wasn’t chamfered to fit under the lip of the bath. Had to put the plinth outside the panel because of this.”

Hi Beverly, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review we very much appreciate it! With the halite bath panels, they are designed to be cut on site to fit your particular installation. Not all baths have the same sized gap on the underside of the bath, so they're supplied with a flat edge. You can cut the top of the panels to fit however or you can use timber batons in behind. Which is what our fitters tend to do when working with the Halite bath panels. To help DIY customers, we offer guidance on installation below the video on the product page. See image attached.
