“Sent an issue with the product. After an initial reply to send a picture which I did no reply. Update. They did fix issue after posting this. Shame it took having to give a poor review to get this sorted as price was best I could find for the item and came very quickly.”

“Overall I am very happy with the bath panels. They look lovely! When I initially placed my order the person that supported my order was very helpful and polite. The order was not delivered when I expected. I called to enquire and that particular man was very obnoxious and abrupt. Despite this, I would order products from Rubberduck as I was pleased with my purchase.”

“I received a Halite bath panel that had been damaged by the courier. Phoned Rubberduck explained the situation and sent some photos. They dispatched a replacement the next day without any fuss. You only find out how good companies are when things go wrong and on this first use of Rubberduck they appear to be excellent.”

“Bought a copper sink and matching taps, but when the order came the taps where not the same colour as the sink, even thought the company name was the same the the products came from. I called rubberduck, who asked me to send the tap back and they refunded the money in the promised time frame.”

“I think your company are a joy to deal with, this is my 2nd transaction with you now, your prices are very reasonable, the only thing with the 2nd transaction, I never received the fixing kit, screws, washers, tape & tub of membrane, instead I received some tubes of builders clear, ever build silicone, there was no point in complaining, as I needed them urgently that day, so I had to go to screw fix and by a complete mapei shower sealing kit at a cost of £52.99, to complete the job.”
