“Product good quality. But wrong item was ordered ( my mistake). But return’s policy shocking. Had to arrange my own courier that would have cost more to return than the items price.”

Hi Mark, We're sorry to hear you're a little upset about having to pay to return an item ordered in error. We're not quite sure why you feel the returns policy is shocking however. We operate the standard UK returns policy as do 99% of other bathroom retailers. We appreciate that mistakes can be made when purchasing items online. To help all our valued customers, we look to display full product info with product images, specs and details surrounding delivery also. We operate a customer service line 6 days a week for any customers that need anything further too. If we were to offer free returns as suggested, we would have to significantly increase the prices displayed across the entire website to cover the cost. We would also significantly increase waste materials through use of extra packaging. We hope the above helps give clarity to our policies regarding returns. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Good service, The package arrived damaged, however on checking it over carefully you could see where the carrier had used it for target practice or something similar. This company was good to deal with and a lot of the stuff arrived safe because of their very good packaging”
