Everything ordered was all of a good quality, and delivered promptly and with no issues. Planning to renovate another bathroom, and will be sourcing it from Rubberduck

3rd shower tray not a good 1 out of the 3, 2 of these are currently sat in my hallway awaiting collection, I emailed the same day the last 1 was delivered and again yesterday but still waiting for a response

Complaint submitted, I am still waiting for the reply and to return the items. Please let me know where this sits with your customer service team by Monday 21 as this has been going on since May.

We experienced some problems with the quality of the products initially, and a damaged item with one of the replacements. Working with Rubberduck, we submitted photos of the issues and now have both items in perfect condition. Thanks Rubberduck

I emailed yesterday to ask why you haven't refunded my payment despite my having returned the badly damaged item 12 days ago (now 13) and instead of sending me the refund you contact to ask for a review !!!

Everything was great apart from the delivery. The website, price, communication, availability were fine. However, all of the boxes, on two separate deliveries, were seriously beaten up. Every one of the boxes were crumpled and broken in places. For the two niches, I was very surprised that they were not deformed, because the damage on the box was extensive. The wetroom former was broken, but I did not realise this initially on delivery, and I've decided to repair it rather than wait for any kind of replacement. I mentioned to the driver that the boxes were in poor shape, but he didn't seem to think it was an issue. All of the packages (not mine) were loose and haphazard in the van, so the driver struggled to get anything without stepping on them.

It's complicated! The showerproof wall panels I bought became a problem, largely as a result of the supplier using a courier service that I felt were unable to deliver the panels professionally!

Absolutely shocked at your decision to use DHL Carrier to deliver the last of your stock. Those dummies lost it, now I have NO SOURCE for my shower seal that you failed to supply!

Over the years, they’ve consistently provided the best balance of reliability and service at a cost-effective rate. Placed two orders with Rubberduck Bathrooms. My second order was for Nuance panels which I hadn’t even noticed they did as my first order had been for a shower enclosure. When I realised they did the Nuance panels I just ordered without looking for other suppliers since the service I had already received for the enclosure had been so good. Really friendly and professional sales staff! Thank you!
