“Paid £45 carriage for delivery in 2-5 days. Chased a week later and was given an eta which came and went. Finally arrived after 14 days. Now they won't pay return carriage for one item which arrived too late for use (9 days later than specified). Only order from this company if you live near the showroom to save you spending £100 returning via shiply. Not impressed!”

When you put together a larger order containing multiple items, there may be delay while we bring all the components together to send out using a single pallet delivery. This helps to avoid customers receiving multiple deliveries over several days and having to arrange time off work. “Absolutely rubbish . First part came on time then was given excuse after excuse and then just emailed to say it was arriving late . 2 men 1 day nothing arrived. Cost our company to use you . Customer service none existent and made our company look bad in front of insurer's.”

Good Morning Steve, We're sorry to hear about the delay with your order. We can see that you ordered wall panels from one manufacturer and profiles from another, with one of the profiles selected being out of stock. Which is what caused the delay. The panels arrived on time but we needed to wait for the out of stock profiles to come in before we could dispatch them. Apologies that your profile was not in stock at the time of ordering.
