“Unfortunately the cabinet was badly , However it was not their fault, I would say it was the suppliers at fault , Rubber duck responded quick to our complaint, arranged collection within a few days , waiting for refund,”

“Incorrect item sent originally but was swiftly rectified by despatch of the correct item and collection of the other. The tap itself looks lovely though yet to be fitted. Kids liked the little rubber ducks in the box.”

“Rubber duck very helpful, it was nice to receive a call from a very friendly person to discuss the delivery. The only bad comment is DPD took 4 attempts to deliver some of the parcels!”

“I ordered online the items my plumber required as locally my sourced items were dearer. I ordered well in advance so any problems could be sorted in advance. Everything received from R Duck was in good order and as described. The delivery drivers weren't impressed with photos of goods delivered but they took photos of me. Happy to use Rubber Duck again.”

“I purchased a shower, delivery was quick. Upon fitting the on off cartridge was faulty. I reported this to Rubberduck with photos. They contacted the manufacturer and I was sent replacements. Although there was an issue with the unit, I cannot fault how quickly and efficiently Rubberduck Bathrooms assisted in sorting out a replacement. Very happy.”
