“Good website helped me carefully order items. I checked the quantities when received (after they took 10 days to arrive), and put to one side awaiting bathroom fitter. The fitter duly arrived two weeks later and noted that I had four of one part instead of two, and was missing two similar but different items. I had to buy the extra two as Rubber Duck customer service not interested and hid behind the "should have notified on delivery" rule even though I sent pictures and it is clear it was a picking error at their end. Paid by card for swift delivery which still took two days to arrive. Not next day as claimed. I naturally now have extra parts I do not need. As others sell the same products not expecting to use these guys again.”

Thank you for your review. We're pleased that you found our website helpful when placing your order, but we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. To clarify, the Multipanel tile-effect wall panels ordered were supplied directly from the manufacturer. This is standard practice throughout the industry, as these large decorative wall panels are not typically stocked by retailers and are generally delivered directly from the manufacturer regardless of which authorised retailer they are purchased through. At the time of purchase, these products were displayed with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 working days, and the order was delivered within that stated timeframe. The trims included with the order are stocked separately and display a next-working-day delivery service when purchased on their own. This information is shown on our website, although it does not alter the lead time of a combined order containing manufacturer-direct products. Regarding the trim quantities, our delivery documentation and picking records show that the correct items were supplied and dispatched. The issue was first reported approximately two weeks after delivery, after the products had been stored and subsequently inspected by a third-party installer. Unfortunately, due to the length of time between delivery and notification, we were unable to verify the origin of the trims or establish whether the items in question were those originally supplied with the order. For this reason, we were unable to replace the items free of charge and had to follow our standard terms regarding delivery discrepancies, which require any shortages or picking errors to be reported shortly after receipt. While we appreciate that this was frustrating, the same requirement to report shortages or discrepancies promptly would apply regardless of which authorised Multipanel retailer supplied the order, as suppliers and retailers alike must be able to verify any issue against the original delivery. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations.

“The Rubberduck Customer Service team pulling it out of the bag again. Despite DHL failing to deliver the first time, after 2 days saying it was in their system but not confirming any reason for he hold-up, a quick email to the Rubberduck Customer Service (CS) team resulted in DHL confirming the order had been damaged in their system. Rather than waiting for the damaged item to be returned to Rubberduck, the CS team arranged for an overnight replacement, which arrived the following morning (in good condition). The bath panel was perfect for the installation and was certainly value for money.”

“Took three attempts to deliver an undamaged shower enclosure and the 2 damaged ones are still sat on my drive 2 weeks later waiting for them to be collected despite numerous phone calls requesting they are collected. Other items have not turned up at all and have had to be chased yet still not arrived. Being told you will be called back but never are and being told something will be done and then isn’t. Probably the worst service I have received from a company in a long time.. just genuinely disappointing, the staff are friendly but seem to fail to do what they say”

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. After your original order was delivered, you contacted us to report a fault with the tray. We immediately raised this with the manufacturer, who agreed the product did not meet their expected standard, and a replacement tray was manufactured and sent out promptly. Following this, you advised that the replacement tray also did not meet your expectations. Although the manufacturer confirmed the tray was suitable for installation, we agreed to arrange collection and provide a refund once the item was returned and checked against the condition shown in the photographs provided. The refund delay is not due to a refusal to help, but because the return and collection process has only recently been completed. From our side, we have worked with both yourself and the manufacturer throughout to try and resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible. We’re sorry this experience has not met your expectations and we will process the refund in line with our returns procedure now the item has been collected.
