“Excellent quality shower panels. Not cheap but worth paying for the high standard. Great customer service and delivery service. Needed at very short panel which many companies did not do, very glad Rubberduck did.”

“Great service. Bathroom cabinet arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one door mirror had been broken in transit but Rubberduck sent a replacement part without any hassle, and very quickly. It now looks great. Thank you to Rubberduck!”

“Disappointed not to receive a breakdown of what was being delivered and when. I requested delivery and received one part of delivery. Not an issue, however no communication what so ever from Rubber Duck as to what was outstanding and when the scheduled deliveries were expected. Unfortunately I had to continually chase. Seeing I was having my house this communication was critical. Serious needs addressing. Besides that the quality of goods appear good. Will be able to confirm when installed,”

“I made 2 orders and both were delivered promptly, were correct and had no damage. It was refreshing to have the phone answered by a real person who took time to answer my queries comprehensively, enabling me to order exactly what i needed (my plumber did not want me to place an order with any company which did not offer a contact number). The items were also considerably cheaper than from other more well-known companies.”

“Excellent service and quick delivery. Ordered a bath panel very good quality, I had to contact Rubberduck bathrooms it was a relief to actually speak to someone by directly phoning and the staff was very helpful so many companies use robot messaging that are frustrating. I Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Let me proceed to purchase large items, paid £35 for delivery, they sent smaller items which Included a tap I had chosen to suit the vanity unit basin. After me chasing DHL and rubberduck for over a week they finally sent an email stating they couldn't post large items. I asked for a refund plus £35 for delivery charge for the large item postage, from what I can decipher they only refunded approximately £15 of the delivery charge. Not good customer service.”
