“Delivery took a lot longer than promised”

Good Morning Sarah, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear the delivery took a little longer than expected. Your order was placed late afternoon on the 25th during Black Friday week, the busiest week of the year for online retail. It was dispatched on the 26th using a tracked service and was delivered on the 29th, just one day later than the estimated timeframe provided before ordering. While we always aim to meet the ETA shown at checkout, it is an estimate not a guarantee, and courier networks can experience slight delays during peak periods. “They told me on the phone that there was ducking from an extractor fan as it didn’t say it but he checked on the manufacturers website. It arrived and no ducting so I called and someone who didn’t care much just said no you don’t get it and that was that. Part of my delivery arrived on time though”

We have two turbo fans listed on the website, one that includes ducting and one that doesn’t. It looks like the operator checked the details of the version with ducting, and we should have clarified the exact product code you were looking at before confirming the information. “Great product - toilet seats. Orderd on-line. Unfortuantely one arrived cracked. Contacted the company and they were extremely apologetic and sent us a repalcement rigth away. Customer service was terrific- responsive and quick to rectify the situation. We really like the toilet seats as well. Woudl definitely recommend tehm.”

“We are very pleased as we had been trying to source a now very difficult product to come by (JT Anti Slip kits). We were able to purchase three of these so that we could refresh our existing bed & breakfast shower trays. They were dispatched promptly and arrived in good time. Other retailers and sellers (Ebay) also advertised selling this product, but when we tried to buy from them, they subsequently had to cancel our orders and refund us. A real nuisance. We would recommend using Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd. Darren (The Old Cottage Bed and Breakfast)”

“Found Rubberduck on the internet. Never heard of them! So glad I did. I was looking for a very specific basin tap and none of my normal go to places had any in stock. Phone Rubberduck, very helpful chap on the phone, ordered, dispatched same day and arrived the next. Shame I have no plans for more plumbing related stuff as I would go back to them like a shot.”
