Lovely products and at a very good price. Easy to order and delivered when promised. Had a occasion to call to ask advise and they answered very quickly, which is a bonus these days, and called me back within 10 mins with an answer. Would definitely use again!!

Re-ordered a bath panel in December I had ordered twice in the past (using the same code). The panel that arrived is now a shorter width so couldn’t be used (not clear on the website as both widths were detailed on the website and the attached online instructions). As the product had been ordered before and the original length was included in part of the description, assumed it was correct. Had to then return and chase multiple times to get a refund. Finally received the refund in March, minus their delivery cost and my return costs (so out of pocket around £30). Original product was good but website description and customer service need a serious improvement. Wouldn’t use again based on this experience.

We ordered a wet room floor board that arrived damaged. We requested a refund, sent across all images of the faulty item. They then wanted to collect the item, they took weeks to collect. They were unable to send out a replacement due to stock. It’s been over 2 months and they have to refunded the amount. Everytime we chase it they say they have an issue with their payment system and to try later!

So far not the best experince. Easy to order, easy to chat with customer services and they are helful, but the results are not coming. Four items ordered, two arrived, then several days later with no tracking notification a third peice arived, but no sign or indication when the main piece will arrive. Frustrating as it is not reasonable to hold a customer hostage waiting for a delivery only to find it is a partial delivery.

Regarding the delivery, your order was dispatched from two different warehouses, which means items can sometimes arrive separately. This is quite common with many online retailers and helps us get products to customers as quickly as possible. When each item is dispatched, an email confirmation is sent which lists the items included in that shipment along with the tracking information. This allows customers to see exactly which parts of the order are on the way and track each parcel individually. According to the tracking information provided by the courier, the remaining item from your order has now been delivered and signed for. The product itself, is great, and as mush as we all want to pay as little as possible, I am happy with the price I paid. However; Regardsing delivery, fortunately, i'm able bodied as was my colleague at time of delivery. Had I been old, or on my own, I woldnt be comfortable ordering large goods to be delivered by the company you use. How Rubberduck Bathrooms and Ideal Bathrooms are connected, I don't know? The delivery driver would have struggled to be more unhappy, he could barely have managed to be more unhelpful. I bet he took a greaat picture though!

Bought shower boards and sealant from these guys just under 3 years ago without issue. Needed to replace some failed sealant (which is guaranteed for 3 years) so I called and asked for a discount. Guy on phone was pretty blunt, saying that the margins they make on sealant is too small, despite it costing £27.50 per tube. No consideration was given for the original sealant failing. Sealant arrives, which has an 18 month shelf life of stored correctly. Tubes they provided were 15 months old so basically they're shifting old stock. If you're not having your bathroom fitted within 3 months of ordering I'd steer clear of these guys.

We’re sorry you feel disappointed and would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review. The item in question was delivered and signed for on 17th October 2025. The delivery note and proof of delivery image shows the bath shower screen in good condition at the time it was received. The damage was reported on 17th February 2026, approximately four months after delivery. Courier damage claims must be raised within a reasonable timeframe, as carriers will not accept responsibility once a significant period has passed. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we ask customers to inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage as soon as possible so that we can resolve matters quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, due to the length of time between delivery and the report of damage, we were unable to raise a courier claim or verify when the damage occurred. We always aim to handle issues fairly and promptly and regret that on this occasion we were unable to assist further.
