“Iv had great experiences with rubber duck for a long time, but my last two orders have been very disappointing My last one more so, I still have no resolution, part of my order is still missing somewhere, although I had to admit defeat and do a three hour round trip to buy other panels from a different company. I’m now none the wiser still when the panels I no longer need due to having to get a complete order elsewhere will be picked up and refunded and when il be refunded for the panels that still haven’t turned up As said before always had great experiences in the past but the lack of communication over this last order has not been good enough”

“Very good service from Rubberduck, five star for the customer service I revived however dropped a star due to delivery taking way longer than I was told on the phone. This was mainly due to item coming directly from manufacturer I think. Over all I would defiantly recommend this company.”

“My fitter accidentally broke the new toilet seat. I was able to find a direct match at Rubber Duck and also request next day delivery. I really liked I could call and speak to a human being rather than chat bot. The 2 men I spoke to were very helpful. I hope they keep the human customer service it makes things a lot quicker and easier. Thank you.”

“Very helpful staff, fast dispatch and great prices BUT PLEASE GET ANOTHER COURIER! Delivery should have taken a couple of days, after a week I had to pick up my item on a 70 mile round trip as we desperately needed it. Please look at the Trustpilot reviews for DHL e-commerce! Rated 1.1 for a reason. Your cheapest delivery partner will ruin your reputation. I’ve seen other comments about the same company here. Refunded £9 postage but I had two abortive visits for my plumber because DHL said they were delivering, then just changed the day. Not rubber ducks fault but your choice of courier is”

Hi Ahmed, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the hose. The manufacturer has agreed to replace the leaking hose free of charge, which we’re pleased to have arranged for you. They also kindly advised that a thermostatic douche valve is not designed to be left open and under constant pressure. The valve has a main control dial to open and close the water supply, while the handset lever controls the flow during use. Once finished, the main valve should be closed to remove pressure from the system. Whether you agree or not, this is standard for this type of product and helps to prolong its lifespan, something that can be easily verified through manufacturer guidance or even a quick search on Google. Given we've managed to have the part replaced free of charge despite clear misuse of the product and offered advice on how to use the item properly moving forward, we're not sure what else we could have done here. We do however appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁

“Absolutely awful service. I ordered my item 13 days ago and was promised next day delivery. The website said 3-5 days which would have been fine also. I still haven't received my shower tray and the team have no idea when it will actually arrive. I am chasing twice a day currently and never get the same answer. I am seriously dissapointed. Its causing a huge knock on on site and I will be out of pocket. Rubber duck sold me something that was obviously not in stock but they just wanted to take my money.”

Hi Chloe, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We think there must have been a miscommunication somewhere however, as we would never promise next day delivery on an item that is fulfilled directly from a manufacturer - especially when the ETA provided both pre and post sale for your shower tray was 4th–9th December. The manufacturer dispatched the item on the 9th, with tracking details shared at the time. Delivery was to be expected on the 10th, which would have been just one day outside of the original ETA window. When you let us know the item had not arrived, we contacted them to request an update. We were told the item was with the couriers and should be delivered by Friday at the latest. We appreciate how disappointing this has been and can assure you the item was not sold without stock intentionally as we only get notified of any stock discrepancies after an order is placed. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and will continue to push for clarity and resolution from the manufacturer. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁
