Good Afternoon Josh, We're sorry to hear about the damage to your item. Your order was for a chrome shower enclosure, the picture displayed in this review does not match the product ordered from us - it looks to be white plastic? We've checked all inboxes today and we cannot find any email or reference to your problem. Nothing comes up under your name, order or email. We also have a telephone line for customers needing to speak to anyone and can't see a record containing your number? “Purchased abacus backer boards+ waterproof kit Backer board adhesive and no more leaks bath seal ( hopefully the bath seal does its job) . No fitting instructions for installation of the backer board and everyone has different methods of fixing. And I didn’t want 100s of holes in my masonry as I’m a DIY Person and not a professional installer. Backer boards are very good quality but they are a nightmare to remove sealant from them (sealant did not take to the new bath so had to remove and replace the boards with sealant on . This isn’t a manufacturing fault . Very good service and communication. Eco friendly packaging very good What I have purchased looks very good quality Would recommend and I will use them again ( just instructions needed )”
