“Rubber duck had exactly the shower seal I was looking for,and it was delivered in a couple of days. However, it arrived damaged because the DHL delivery guy was whacking it along the side of the van and although it was extremely well packed he still managed to damage it. When I notified RD they apologised and sent a new one straight away. Good review for Rubber duck,very poor review for DHL. They need to think about staff training!”

“Lengthy shipping delays. Had to contact the company to ask where the product was vs them pro actively reaching out. Also, shipping was a decent amount so would expect that to contribute to a better customer care service.”

Hi Jack, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your order - we think you may have us confused with another supplier however. As stated across the website pre-sale and in your order confirmation email post sale (see attached image) your enclosure carried an ETA between the 8th - 17th of April. Despite the delivery address being remote and difficult for couriers to reach your order is due to be delivered tomorrow, the 8th. To help track and plan for the delivery your side, we also provided DHL tracking details (again showing the ETA to be the 8th) at the point of dispatch. Given we provided an accurate ETA pre-sale which was then reinforced with tracking details post sale, we had no reason to follow up with any further "customer service" as you say. “When supplier delivered the new towel warmer/bathroom radiator it was found to be damaged when plumber unpacked it. Contacted Rubberduck who arranged exchange and by the end of the day the exchange was made and plumber fitted the new equipment.”

“Item arrived quick only down side is that you only have a standard delivery charge which for what I ordered was nearly as much as the item it's self. Would order from you again but definitely not if it was only a single item.”

“Issues occurred from the outset: - website showed items in stock when they were not - decided to replace a product without consultation. The replacement bore no resemblance to that ordered - zero communication once part of the order was dispatched. I had to chase Rubberduck to obtain updates. Never again will I use this company”

Hi Norman, We're sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service provided. The panels advertised we're in stock at the time of the order. However, as you were replacing existing panels, you included a detail requesting ones from a specific panel batch. On speaking with the manufacturer, we understand that they had dispatched the panel accessories separately, while they located the requested batch in their warehouse. Unfortunately the panels remaining from that batch were deemed unfit for purpose and you were sent one from the next available run. A dispatch confirmation email containing tracking links was also provided on receipt from the manufacturer, so you could keep an eye on things your side. Unlike many other retailers we also operate a customer service line, open to you and all our valued customers should anyone need to clarify any details too. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Good Afternoon Martin, We're very sorry to hear the finish of the panels was not as expected. We fully appreciate it can be difficult to choose the right finish when ordering online. This is why we advise all customers that it's important to see a sample of your chosen panel before you commit to purchasing. This helps to negate any issues with colour mismatches due to the room lighting or colour settings on-screen giving a false impression of the finish. We offer free samples across most bathroom wall panels, with other manufacturers offering samples for those we do not hold in stock. We also operate a telephone line for all customers looking to clarify any details prior to placing their order too. Sorry again to hear you've been left unhappy with the product supplied.
