“Excellent price. Very pleased with customer service and I was able to return shoes that didn't fit. Had a problem with the website though in that it would let me order a new size when logged into my account so I missed out on my discount. Think the website is faulty.”

“The service has been excellent . Delivery was on time . Unfortunately I didn’t realise the sandals had a fixed toe bar which as I have arthiritis I need sandals I can adjust . I sent them back and within a few days I had received a refund . Very impressed can’t praise them enough .”

“I visited Wroxham a few years ago and went in Roys it was great plenty of choice in all departments, so some years later I went on line and bought a present from their for my grandson from the toy department, I live in Hull and it arrived in a couple of days, definitely recommend this store I rate it a 10”

“A good selection of items on-line. Unfortunately, I placed my just as your system was hacked! However, when I contacted you to check on my order and the security issues you were helpful and reassuring. Collected the order from my local store. “Staff was helpful and courteous. My order was not ready for collection, when I arrived. But staff was polite and sorted everything out quickly. It was a heavy order and staff also offered help to load it in my car.”

“As I was with my disabled husband when I went to collect my items from the Wroxham store I was unable to go to the 1st floor. A lovely staff member named Sue told me this was not a problem and she went and collected them for me. I was so grateful for this service as my husband has to use a mobility scooter he is also claustrophobic, so I cannot take him in lifts.”
