“Did a click and collect service from Roy’s at Bowthorpe might have just as well gone in and bought it off the shelf. Ordered item the evening before, got the email confirmation of purchase. By 6pm the next day still had not received any notification to go and collect so just went up there. Member of staff on the kiosk did not know what to do as item had not even been picked. The guy that came to “assist” was huffing and puffing but went off to get item. 20 minutes later he came back with said item, no apology and more huffing and went leaving the other guy to sort. The only reason I was given in the end was the usual click and collect person was on holiday. Good news though by the time I’d got home I had an email saying my item was ready to collect!! Diabolical service and attitude from the staff but great item! Won’t bother with click and collect again.”

“Waited for over a week for in stock items to be dispatched and a further two days for delivery. When I eventually received my items the two brush heads were not the ones advertised in the picture which I had ordered. Very disappointed with Roy's of Wroxham, this was the first time I had dealt with Roy's and my last.”
